Yeah, she can be cold sometimes, but I always saw Finn as a boy with a crush on an older girl! That's why this episode is meaningful because she's also a child and would love more than anything to stay like that, plying with Finn without any worries, but she know she can't because of responsibilities! And once she is back as an adult, her childish innocence is gone too! She's the Princess, and Finn is a Hero in training (with the information so far)
