Hope you been a lot better these days bud. You figure things out? May want to look into amplified sound therapy. Amplify wellness related sounds with as good as possible a speaker as close as possible to you. Contact with the walls of the speaker enhances it.

Metalheart87 Rojas if you ever go to a show they usually come out hang out. I just saw them yesterday and they were hanging around the bar. Terrance was actually sitting at the bar. He signed for me even though they had stuff for sale with autographs.
dude! I live in a suburb of Orlando Florida, Chuck Schuldiner attended the next high school over (Lake Brantley in Altamonte Springs); I've met Terrence like 5 or 6 times and he's absolutely a gentleman. Their bass player Derek was also always really cool, good energy.
He's really approachable, if you see him at a show he'll talk to you if he isn't busy.
This is precious. Metal needs a reappraisal from the world. The people of the metal and hard-core community are so much better people than most other genres.
I met terrance once, he is such a down to earth, freakin sweetheart of a guy.
I've met Terrence Hobbs and Frank Mullen on October 25th, 2018 at the Magic Stick in Detroit, Michigan. I shook their hands and smoked a joint with them, we just talked about life and all the that good stuff. Truly some awesome people.
Suffocation got me into Death Metal in high school. Me and my friends started a Death Metal band in 2001 and in 2012 we got to tour with Suffocation, Blood Red Throne, Cattle Decapitation and Sadist on the Reborn of Death tour in Europe. It was quit an experience as a huge Suffocation fan. As a guitarplayer I am quite influenced by Terrance's style. I got the opportunity to share stories with him, play guitar together backstage and every night when they played I was on the side of the stage headbangin' with them. Terrance thaught me the solo of Catatonia, he is such a great guy. Super humble, very intelligent, huge music fanatic and a smoker ;). The guys in all the other bands band were also super cool to us. All crazy motherfuckers. Especially the vocalist for Blood Red Throne at that time. Party hard every night. We got in trouble one day with the English border police, because we had a van with a Dutch License plate. They turned our whole van upside down and searched everywhere with dogs for drugs. Meanwhile in front of us everybody was high in the Suffocation tourbus and probably had lots of ganja inside. And of course, no problem, the police didn't bother them and let them go, haha. Unfortunately when I got back home, I had a Pneumonia. Touring was fucking hard. Respect to the guys of Suffocation, for doing it for years and years.

Last time i saw Suffocation franks voice was hurting so he was handing the mic off to fans, i got the mic and even though i know the words IM AWFUL, the mic was ripped right out of my hands my Frank and that was my 15 secs. Of shame 😂 Franks a smart guy!!
Great interview and very down to earth guy and great guitar player as well but never gets mentioned with the best players from that era.
He has that crazed, atonal, Slayer inspired approach that most people don't associate with being a great guitarist a la Satriani, is probably why that is. That said, he's great at what he does, for sure, and that is not meant as a backhanded compliment at all.

Terrance has always been super cool, and they are still one of the tightest and heaviest live bands.
Saw Terrance in their first European tour in early 90's… kept the tourshirt for 25years… lost it. Saddest day of my life.
Hobbs is just the greatest and such a good dude, glad to know he's still holding it down for the band as one of the founding members. Saw Suffocation with Frank the Tank! in San Antonio TX last Saturday. His stage banter really added to the whole live experience. He will be missed..🍻

I remember being at school when effigy came out and my friend came up with a tape player and played it we went insane for it! Met terrance at netherlands death fest such a nice person and it made my fest. Cool channel love it!
Terry is beyond any doubt one of the most down to earth major death metal guitarist's. We all know he smokes copious amounts of weed, and does that make him a bad dude? Hell no.

I got to meet Terrance at their show last night. Such a cool and gracious guy and one hell of a player/writer. If he had more hair would probably guess he was still in his thirties too, lol. The guy looks great for how long he's been doing this.

This imageis something I came across in the middle of the woods in Westchester, New York, and it has everything to do with Pierced from Within. Just saw them last night in Reading Pa at Reverb and Damn my ears are still ringing today lol and i got Frank's sweaty towel he used to wipe his face when it was thrown in the crowd. Im bummed i didn't get a picture with Terrance i saw him out in the crowd but i didn't want to lose my front row spot.
