Nice of you to make a video about the box and that this possibility exists. Like the other commenters say, I have no use for it. The apps that Android auto presents me are enough for me. All other apps I use on my phone or tablet
The biggest issue I have with these boxes is, if you only use it while you are not driving, you can also buy a 12 inch tablet with a better CPU+GPU and newer android for 180 euros. Thats only 30 euros more, and then you can actually also use it in the backseat, or only the passenger while driving.
Good video but very much a gimmick. I have an app which allows RUclips video and screen mirroring and honestly I've never used it. When the occasion arises to charge the car outwith the home I find myself spending time by grabbing a coffee, chatting with passengers or using my mobile phone. I have movies on a memory card for rainy day trip which works great. A cheap android tablet would be a great alternative
Hi, I have watched your channel for quite a while, and they are very informative. I have a 1 year old enyaq, and at 8 months, it developed an 'electric drive system fault' and a 12v battery fault. Have you experienced this or have any advice. Our dealer cannot fix problem as they need fault to be showing on the dashboard??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Think I'd rather just use my phone for games etc., likewise kids would also use theirs. So only really benefit is that 4 people could watch Netflix movie together.
Why bother? I'm not interested in getting Netflix, etc., on the infotainment system. If I want to watch an entertainment/game screen when I'm not driving but still in the car, I'll use my tablet/iPad or mobile phone using the latter's mobile hotspot.
Does the driving info synced with the car on all app on software version 4? On 3.2 I only got it to work on Apple Maps, Waze doesn’t sync. Waiting for my L&K with software version 5 ( to be honest it arrived but with missing extras and they had to reorder the car) but if that works now on Waze with the heads-up display would be great
I do not recommend the boxes to be used in the car as many of them have the malware in it. It was checked many times by many tech youtubers and cybersec community. It's full of bad things. Just get an iPad.

On my Enyaq 85 LK with SW 4.1 Iit works with Apple Maps only, not with Waze. And I somehow expect this is limitation on Apple side, not in the car.
