I am coming out to Flagstaff in September to ride what tire combinations would you recommend?

I've ridden Rekons, Minion DHRs, and Dissectors (same tire front and rear every time). The Rekons had good rolling speed, but not as much grip as I wanted. The Minions had a ton of grip, but significantly lower rolling speed. I've only got four rides and ~50 miles on my Dissectors, but am loving them so far - they seem to be the best of both worlds. Any of those three tires will work for Flag, just depends if you prefer higher rolling speed or more grip.

Hey I love your videos. I’m a local rider here in Flagstaff. I ride by myself a lot and in the back of my mind I have a fear of mtn lions. I was wondering if you have similar fears and if not what helps you not have those thoughts or feelings?

Thanks! I've never seen a mountain lion before, and always heard that they try to avoid humans, so it isn't a huge concern for me. I also lived in Alaska previously, so when moving here I kind of looked at mountain lions similar to bears - sure they're out there, but they're doing their own thing, and an encounter would be rare unless you go looking for one.
