Glad you took the concussion seriously. Nothing to mess with. FWIW...from my standpoint I'm not watching your channel to see you do crazy stuff or almost kill yourself. I just like that you're sampling so many different Az trails. Many of which I've ridden but a lot that I haven't. I like seeing both thru the lens on my off time. Your genuine commentary is refreshing too. Take care of yourself and enjoy!!!

Glad all is well. Ride your ride and film the trails Green, Blue or Black. Not everyone is looking for double black diamond trail videos on YT ( I ride/video trails I love and happy that some find intrest.) Your Flagstaff videos led me to Fort Tuthill a couple years ago & hope to be back again.

Love your videos. I spent 2 weeks riding Flagstaff trails in May 2024 and I miss it.

My Son and I did that same ride. Took the Home Grown SHuttle up to the Hike a bike of Bug Springs. There was still snow up higher. Epic ride. I have a video on my personal channel, yukonpeteneff. Nicely done.

I super respect your way of putting together a great video but still being real about some of the lines and calling it when it is a bit too spicy. Gotta respect the obstacle....especially when you're out there by yourself. Super good stuff. Envious of your ability to sample so many different places in Az. This one is on my list now. I was out there in September and it seems like they have had some terms out there and some decent erosion in spots. A few areas that were not bad had a bit more than I want to currently chew of a drop. My bike can do it, just I am not up for it. Also noticed a lot of cows roaming around after you come out of the chutes.

Cactus are indeed our friends. They protect the edges of the trail route by restricting P-lines and alt routes. 😎

Flagstaff has such amazing terrain. It reminds me a lot of PNW riding but it’s an arid pine forest with untrustworthy feeling dirt. If it wasn’t so dry and loose it would be some of the best in the world… or maybe it is

Just rode it today, clockwise. I passed 24 bikers going counter clockwise. Clockwise is the way. First 2 miles and the last 6 are a dream. Thank you for posting.

Super cool video. I've ridden past the upper entrance of that trail on Waterline but never rode down (or up) it. Watching the video on the downhill part I'm sure I'd be HAB pretty much all the way up. Lol. You make a small mention of switchbacks and right hand turns being tough....I'm right therecwith you...essentially downhill right hands....crazy because I'm right handed. Oh well. Thanks for an awesome video!!!!

Always prefer to start at the Pima Dynamite trailhead... That way you're guaranteed to finish on a downhill!

The clicking is a slightly bent rear brake rotor. An easy fix at home or on the scene. The jumping chain off the pie plate could be a bent hanger or maybe just a low limit screw adjustment on the derailleur. Also easy to do at home.

Saw your post on the mtb sub the other day and then happened across one of your other videos when looking up trails for Hawes. Great channel! I'm just getting back into the sport and seeing your videos of beginner/beginner-intermediate trails is right up my alley.

Sweet vid.. love Sedona. I'm not sure if it's my TV or your GoPro settings but the video kept going from dark to light. I couldn't find any settings on my TV to correct it so it might be your white balance or ISO settings.
