You can't help but feel sorry for Sparrow Ben. Yes, he was a raging ass from beginning to end, but most of his siblings are dead, and he's stuck powerless with a group of people who prefer the original version of him.
Yeah plus they forget that Ben was their father’s favorite and grew up with these high expectations
Yeah and don’t forget he saw some of his siblings die/get vaporized in front of his eyes and one of them is missing

I just feel sorry for sparrow Ben.
To begin with, The umbrellas come in and expect him to be someone they love. And yes, I want him to be like what the brellies want but still. Klaus doesn’t stop talking about old Ben.
He always feels unloved. He’s at that stage where being number 1 means everything to him. This isn’t different to Diego when we first meet him. We learn that he has been number 1 but his dad had moved him to number 2 (but we don’t fully know the situation around this). Their dad still doesn’t love him and he doesn’t fully understand that yet. The umbrellas are trying to change him yet don’t love him. He wasn’t invited to the bachelor party, which he was clearly sad about. The umbrellas don’t want him there in 3x8.
He’s lost a lot of siblings. We feel sorry for the Umbrellas that they lost one sibling, which is upsetting. Ben has seen 4 of his siblings die in front of him. He’s also had another one die without him knowing right away. And we don’t fully know what happened to Sloane. At that moment, he’s lost all that he knows and we don’t seem to care that much.
I dont think that the Ben in the new time is Sparrow Ben, I believe it's the original Umbrella Ben. Remember it's a reset. Luther revived, Five and Diego recovered their hands and fingers respectively, and the final clue being Sloan not existing.
I think Reginald stopped Allison from standing on the star because that would have left him with Five, and he knew Five would never let him go through with his plans, whereas he believed Allison would be ready to do anything to get her daughter and husband back, including letting her siblings die.

Reginald reminds me a lot of The Ancestor in Darkest Dungeon, he has his own dark goals and he causes a big horrible mess in the process and then he turns to the heroes and he's like "Yeah.. Clean up that shit will you?" 😂
@@forell18 well you do have a point. This season i think solidified reggie's selfishness. When i watched it the second time, i realized that he would've never spared allison if klaus didnt come back. (I also do not believe the argument "he knew klaus can come back because he knows his powers now", reggie could've just let him go through the tunnel than killing him for klaus to just appear at the hotel lobbt again)

While I empathised with Allison, and understood that she was hurting, she was far from the only sibling to lose a loved one. Her actions against Luther and Viktor were especially atrocious, though I'm interested if Season 4 will portray her as the Villain.

i can see why the actions towards luther from alisson but seriously, viktor? he lied to the family about harlan killing their mothers! intentional or not, it doesn’t really matter. they were killed which caused the kugelblitz to occur and for allison’s daughter to not exist. even when allison confronted viktor that he can tell her anything, viktor still chose to lie. five said it himself that he would kills viktor himself if he lies to the family again and to not work alone like a villian.

@@roro13021 the problem was that she didn't kill Harlan to save the world, she only did it to hurt Viktor. And it's not fair at all, especially because Harlan is autistic, and can't control it. She can be as mad as she wants to Viktor, but to kill a defenseless man just to hurt someone else, is cruel, and villain behaviour. I'm not saying Viktor was in the right, and the family definitely needed to lecture him about what he did (as Five did), but Allison did worse. Along with the whole "I didn't do anything wrong, I have nothing to apologize for." behaviour, and the fact that she only apologized as a form of manipulation so that they would vote with her, and she could get her happy ending.

Sir Reginald has the inital intention of sacrificing Allison too by considering he left Klause behind. He already decided the 7 bells. The unexpected Klause resurection has spared Allison from being one of the bells.
Though he wasn't planning on making the children stay dead for long, since he already programed that they would have survived. The only question I have is that if everyone who had stood at a star would have died would they have been brought back, either way Reginald did want the them to survive since when he killed Luther, he was already planning on reversing.
Reginald is the worst father, is extremely harsh and a massive psychopath but he is definitely the hero of this season.
I do wonder if 5 could have reprogram the universe the same way as Reginald or would it be beyond his intelligence.
I personally think 5 may have been able to figure it out they had the rest of time at there disposal and S4 is Gonna be a must
@@nani4249 How is he hero? He is an alien, who created and manipulated several human beings into making him a new world where he has everything he needs and wants, then he strips them of their powers, so they cant fight back. He is the one true villain of the show.
@@lukaslondin8288 he stripped them of their powers because they were irresponsible with them. Yeah maybe right now in season 3 they've learned more about their powers and can control them not to cause harm but every single occasion they make the situation worse, 5 says it himself. Or maybe for the machine to work it required their powers to be gone to use it, would you have preferred the universe enclosing on it's self.
A worse thing that he could have done was to erase them completely, but he doesn't, every single time he betrayed the group and even killed them his plan was always to bring them back.
He's an incredibly flawed man who can be deemed as evil, could have he explained his plan and made much better ones with the help of the different academies, yes but he knew it would be better to make them be blinded to the truth to have a more likely result in success.
And of course he changed the universe to have everything he wanted, it was probably his idea to get to rewrite the world before learning that the world was going to be erased. If you could rewrite the world to revive the people you most cared about wouldn't you.
Who does the umbrella academy have to face now, everything now is safe now.
In the end Hargreaves wasn't a good person and being a hero wasn't the right word to describe the monster Hargreaves but in the end he solved the problem, in the end he didn't kill anyone, in the end Allison is a b***ch .
My opinion might change in the next season which it most likely will, but for now and the context that it this season he helped the world as a whole compared to the umbrella academy.
@@nani4249 But he was the one who caused all of the apocalypsies. He reliesed marigold particels, which probably created these gifted children. This is all his doing. Without him, world would be normal just the way it is, with its flaws, but without any apocalypse. He is just alien who doesnt care about anything or anyone until he gets what he wants.
I hated Allison for the most part of the season. Yeah her story's all tragic and death-filled but the way her character was portrayed - ugghh.
Her actions, her expressions, her dialogues everything felt revolting. I just hated her character this time.
Same. She didn’t have to take her frustrations out on other people. She whined so much about Ray and Claire yet she gets to have a happy ending. Viktor doesn’t get to see Sissy or Harlan again. Klaus doesn’t get to see Dave again. It’s almost like Allison’s character can’t and won’t develop into a more meaningful person after loss like the others.
I know a lot of people feel the same way about this, and absolutely agree. I'm tired of this bitch
I said this in another comment but I hate her person not her character. Her actions are not justifiable but they are understandable. She's still a well-written character just like the rest of them.

@@CalmClamFam She "whined"? When? I don't think that's the word to describe how the character expressed her grief and anger.
We saw Allison go through almost all the stages of grief this season (Denial, anger, bargaining, depression). The only one she never got to was acceptance because in her world "bargaining" was an actual option. It's a bit too soon to assume she got a happy ending. Unless the show doesn't get another season, she's likely going to learn the whole "be careful what you wish for" lesson.
Klaus did get to see Dave again (in season 2), but it was too early and blew up in his face like Allison's "happy ending" likely will.
The difference with Allison's recent trauma is that it's been compacted into a long (years in the Jim Crow era racism and trauma) and then very short (a day or two learning she lost Ray *and* Claire) time frame compared to all the others. Also, let's not pretend that the loss of one's child is the same kind of loss. The loss of one's child isn't really the kind of thing that "develops" a person, especially a young child. It's also not like Claire is dead and in Klaus' Void, she got wiped out and never existed.
So your 'ending explained' is stating exactly what happened, exactly what we all saw...but not actually explaining anything? Well done. "Five got his arm cut off but then in the new timeline it was back"...thanks, no way anyone could've figured that out

The arm thing for 5 is a paradox. How did he became 100 if he lost his arm fighting that thing?
I think it's an ending explained channel for blind people. It would make sense
Theory: The older five from the vault was from a previous timeline in which Allison stepped on the sigil instead, allowing him to kill his dad and reprogram the alien interface to create The Commission, which prevented the need for reboot sacrifices altogether. Unfortunately in telling his younger self not to be the one to “save the world” ahead of time he inadvertently ensured he would act and step on the sigil to be sacrificed along with the others. Resulting in older five ceasing to exist, younger five getting his arm back and a new temporally defenseless timeline perfectly suited to Allison and her dad.
Assuming the universe retained it’s protocols and immaculately-conceived peoples’ ability to handle the particles is retained after a hard reboot. A future season might involve finding their powered doppelgängers as Ben seems to be doing and jumpstarting their own abilities, leading others to find bio-families and wrestle with found family-type questions while allowing five to time-travel again. Perhaps leading to the (re?)creation of The Commission, but less puritanically hyper-corporate this time…and with both arms?
Speaking of, why doesn’t older five incorrectly go backwards in time again whenever he was about to die of old age? Did the Kugelblitz just catch him at a bad time? Was it that traumatic? Just, nah I’ll die. That very on brand.
When 5 was asked this season why he doesn't just take everyone back in time again he said it would cause so many problems like last time. But he should've tried it by himself. Perhaps he could have gone back to the 1960s again, their previous alternative timeline and left a note for his self back then to not contact Reggie, dad, that way their original timeline might have occurred and the Sparrows would have not existed. Instead he just acted like it was all over which was out of character given he tries so much to solve things.

I feel like this season really led up to Allison becoming an antagonist/villian in S4 (from my interpretation). the new universe was sculpted to Reg’s and Allison’s liking (as per the deal, and why else would Ray coexist with Claire?) I am getting serious Wandavision/Scarlett Witch vibes from how her character has developed. It would be interesting to see her completely snap in S4 (like she very nearly did at the end of S3) and just go nuts on the universe

What I don't quite get is why would Reggy want more control of the world than he already has thanks to his wealth? And he's an alien, why tf does he want to be a king on earth if he could've reshaped the universe to be with his own people in whatever doomed planet they were in

Yea imagine if she got full control over the universe at the end of the season by killing Reggie or something, and then she goes full-on inception-doctor-strange-mirror-dimension and tries to defeat them, also I hope they meet with Christopher and Fei in the reset universe and I hope that Klaus will be the first one to snap out of the matrix created by Reggie and Allison since he's usually the one who discovers things first (beside Five)
Why is Claire and Ray existing in the same timeline? My theory is that this reset is based on what Allison wanted. She’s the one who made a deal with Reg afterall. The rest might want to get their powers back or maybe reset the time again for different reasons, and Allison will protect this timeline. I don’t think she’d be willing to mess it up again now that she got both Ray and Claire. S4 might be Umbrella Academy vs Allison. 😞

Allison never lost her powers since she did not stand on the sigil. Also, she still had her injuries at the end.
Regi made a deal with her hoping she could convince the rest of the team to join the mission a lot easily, now that she don't have to say her catch phrase

it all makes sense. his wife died so he went to find that portal he built the hotel around. then the moment he found out there were children with extraordinary powers, he immediately swooped in and bought enough children to fill the 7 seven stars , and powerful enough to defeat the only thing standing in his way, the assassin guards. once they were dealt with all he had to do was trick his easily manipulated children into standing into those spots . but ben died and 5 disappeared before that could happen . and getting them back together would obviously be hard so he ended the world. and doing so he could not only have a reason to reset the timeline but a means, a how, and a why . its all just too perfect to not make sense.
but Reg is also an alien robot thing so its weird thinking he did all that just for one human . possibly infinite wealth along with his wife? he seems pretty rich at the last scene lol

I love what they did with Klaus for the show, he's one of my favorite characters! He's super funny but he also experiences a lot of growth and Was anyone at all upset by Allison’s behavior this season? I understand she was grieving but home girl was not worried about Claire last season when she was with Ray lol. She wasn’t doing “everything she possibly could” to get back to her. Now she wants to be mad at Viktor? Viktor was severely abused and didn’t know how to use his powers. Him starting the apocalypse was an accident. His siblings treated him like dirt up until this season. Idk… Allison annoyed me.
Allison was terrible and hypocritical this season. Writers are tone deaf if they don't realize this. She was always abusive and manipulative since season 1 (remember she lost custody of her kid because she used her powers on her, implied she used her powers on her husband and everyone around her too), but she went too far with her assault on luther and murder of harlan.

And also if the original Ben died as a sacrifice for Jennifer and the new Ben didn’t make the sacrifice… does that explain why new Ben is a dick. So does that mean the new Ben is actually on his way to meet the jennifer the original Ben died to protect??? Or am I just misunderstanding everything.

Remember when Viktor was staying in Ben’s room and Ben said that whole speech about « were you just waiting on someone to come get you this whole time ». Yeah correct me if I’m wrong but I saw her name, which means sparrow Ben knows a Jennifer…
I also found it weird that at the end, everything is in his name. Like all the buildings/businesses. It’s like he created this weird utopia where he’s the ruler. It’s interesting to see how the siblings are gonna be able to stop him since they no longer have their Powers. I also think Allison is gonna play a big role in S4 since she’s the only one left with her powers (merged with a little bit of Viktor’s).

It’s funny cause in S2 they technically had to live without their powers when they lived in different time periods, so they couldn’t use them. So maybe life without them won’t be so bad?

I don't think any of them would enjoy life. Monkey guy doesn't have his girl. Ben believed the only thing special about him is his power. The transgenic girls is well unique maybe she'll be happy. Knife guy may be happy living normal. If those other guys are suffered and Mrs black girl living with the love of her life happily shouldn't be. She literally caused the proffosor old man's plan to succeed and was so selfish not thinking about her siblings

Does this mean Allison got to keep her powers since she didn't stand on a star? I mean she wasn't turning grey and she got back exactly how she was. She still had blood on her lip and her arm was still wrapped as opposed to everyone else who was totally cured. Also, does the train station (Yeouido Station) that Ben is going to in the very last shot mean something or am I reading too much into that? I thought he might still have his powers but now I'm not so sure. And why did Allison not appear with the rest of the group when the timeline "reset?" Maybe thats what happened to Sloane too like maybe she has a family of her own in this timeline too and thats why she wasn't there. Damn idfk im just typing at this point
Allison does get her powers. In season 4, she might have a big role to play. We all know she can bend reality however she pleases. If she can rumor the others to get their powers back or rumor the world back to normal, then there is a reason why she isn’t with the others. Also her powers are getting pretty strong since she no longer needs to use the term “I heard a rumor.” I think the show is building up her potential for season 4.

@@shanilavi56 I rember in season two she say "I hear a rumor, i blew your minds" and the soilgers mind exploded. This makes me think she can make things happen that would make so sense to happen. There was no way the soulgers heads should of blown up but they did becuse Allison told to blow up. I think she would say " I hear a rumor you got your powers back" as it would work as long as they are near her. Hell inn the last season her powers seem to be changing/ growing and she dose not even need to say "I heard a rumor" so who knows. Regardless I have the felling it will be addressed in season four.

There’s no way Allison isn’t the villain next season. The machine worked off of the particles that gave the kids their powers, but she never went into the machine. Her powers are essentially built for manipulation, too, and I don’t think she’ll be satisfied with what she has. Combined with the fact that her and Diego are both parents now, I’m looking forward to an interesting season.
We'll see. I am still not figuring out why Lila is still pregnant in the new timeline but she lost her powers. Her pregnancy started in an alternate timeline.
of course... the loss of their powers is only temporary... one of the ways they can get them back is just to wait... the 'sparkles' in them that cause them to have powers seem to regenerate... just like how it was thought Harlan had his powers removed in season 2... but they came back...

of course... this is only one way they could get their powers back... there are others... but i thought this would be worth mentioning....

one interesting question would be... when Luther gets his powers back... it seems logical he would NOT have the body of an ape... since this happened after he already had his powers and was saved by giving him the shot that also saved Pogo...

a somewhat subtle theme in this season is that they have not reached their full potential (also hinted at in 1st scene of season 2)... since Reginald was stifling development of their powers so he could both control them and only allow them to develop as much as was useful to his plan to 'save' the universe.. .. which was actually to create a timeline custom made to HIS needs...

If everyone's back to normal, getting their arms/fingers back, why wasn't five all grown up to his original age? Like the age of Luther and the others?

Because Reginald and Allison who made the plan, didnt know or meet old 5 so yeah, Plus this way it lets him live the life he missed for 45 years while being stuck in the post - apocalypse world
Everyone is back to normal regarding loss of powers and missing limbs returned (and Klaus' hand tattoos missing), but who's to say they're back to their ages from the original 2019 timeline? It's easy to tell with Five, because he's a teenager, and harder to tell with the adults but I imagine that Viktor is still 6 weeks older than his original age, Allison is still two years older, Klaus is still just about 4 years older (1960-'63 and about a year in 1968), Diego is still under 3 months older, and Luther is still one year older. I believe their time spent in these different years resulting in different ages still exist.

If you ask me for my Season 4 theory, I'd imagine Hargreeves would have the remaining siblings hunted down upon discovering their survival, as they could potentially destroy his utopia.
Did anyone notice that Ben's mom didn't die from Harlan's power in the hospital?? Maybe we might see more of her in season 4??
She surely can't be dead because Ben isn't even alive from the second timeline (s2) and Harlan only killed the mother of the siblings from The Umbrella Academy. Ben and Harlan never met each other so there's no way harlan will kill other ppl that isn't even relevant from Viktor's siblings (the alive one)

Theory:
Since Allison is the only hargreeve that has injuries, her powers are still with her. Since every hargreeve (besides Allison) is powerless, they might have to find a way to get their powers back.
But how do they do that exactly? with Allison. Allison can bend reality or alter reality if she rumours it however she wants. If she can be able to rumour the hargreeve’s powers back then problem solved.
Also the show has been building up her powers since she no longer needs to use the term: “I heard a rumour.” Five even questioned how she was able to shut Viktor up without using the rumour term.

I think she will be the villain
I feel like Allison would have to make a choice between the siblings and her mixed up children and husband. I think she is definitely going to be the one who is in the center next season, going from the really outrageous Allison from S3 to what the world depends on in S4. And if I'm completely honest, yes she was quite unredeemable this season, some of her actions were plainly not ok, but the strongest villains always have times where they have to be the one to save the world wether we like it or not and I think that may be what the plan for Allison as of next season.
So, people say that Allison could still have her powers because she didn't stand on the sigil, but i don't think this is the case because Luther doesn't have his powers even though he wasn't there either

I don't think Allison has her powers. Pretty sure the whole deal with Reginald was that she got to be with Raymond and her kid so long as Reginald was 'top of the world' essentially and that nothing would be a threat to him - their powers being a threat so they were all removed.

Given the fact that she's known for abusing her abilities, there's a huge part of me that hopes that she'll be the one and only sibling who doesn't get their powers back. It's the least she deserves after what she did to her siblings.
When harlan killed the umbrellas mother, why didn’t he killed all the other who was pregnant? Didn’t he said he can feel ALL of them (those with the dust)?
He said 'he reached out to them'. While he could feel all of them he only reached out to those he recognised from his childhood. Him reaching out to them is what killed them, not him just feeling their presence.
@@sitcomperson5739 but he killed more than just the umbrella academy’s mothers. he killed 27 of them. originally in season one, there were 43 births, but in season 3 there were only 16. so i don’t think it’s necessarily just the ones he recognized. i think that he originally just reached out to viktor, but things went wrong so all of the other mothers were affected as well and he just stopped before all 43 died.
@@taemcatboy oh, I just guessed Viktor was mentioning a total of people Harlan has killed as we see him kill a bunch of people in the hospital that same day, then the sparrows etc. That makes a lot of sense, infact in the book that was given to Klaus there was a lot more than just 7 mothers info.
Alison was one of my favorite characters in season 1 and 2 but I don't like her anymore in season 3. It's not because she's a bad character now but she's a bad person. I found the spiral to her loss of morality perfectly natural. What she did to Luther was unforgivable, I understand that but her degeneracy was not rushed.
I don't know, I always felt like her motivations and actions seemed forced and forged to fit the plot, like for example why does she insist that her powers come at a price, when clearly it's her usage of them that's the problem, like wtf, your powers don't come at a price, you're just abusing them.
Why didn't she have that realization at some point?
The plot didn't grant her any growth because she needed to spiral so she could make the deal with Reginald in the end.
When regi was operating the machine it seemed like he was planning for all 7 to be dead to fuel that machine. But in the end allison stopped him before they're all dead and managed to proceed with it anyway. Maybe it was the plan all along, to kill him at that moment to gain the team's trust, because that red button is conveniently there for her to reset everything. It makes sense that the particles that gives them power powers the machine, but I thought it wouldnt also suck the life away like that.
I'm guessing Allison's power still intact because she didny get siphoned to fuel the machine, also considering how it ended with her daughter claire being there but having ray, her partner from 63 in the present and regi with his wife at present, it seems like they were able to set what they want in the new created timeline. Season 4 would probably be about the team finding out that regi is alive in that tower, got his wife back as he wanted and allison basically getting her wish granted too. I can understand ben being back, maybe it was part of Allison's deal too, but why would she save lila too but not sloane. The outcome really does seem like it was all planned, like they could choose what the new reality is like. Which means everyone's going to be pissed at allison and seeing that shes the only one with power now, shes probably going to be the big bad in season 4. Although I wonder if theyd find the other super babies around the world.
Can somebody explain:
If the reason why Reginald adopted 7 of the kids to represent the 7 sigil as the key to restart the timeline... so, in season 1, if the reason why he “killed” himself so that all of the children will come together again, his plan to reset the timeline will still not work because Ben was already dead on that timeline and he didn’t know if Five will be back as well. the 7 won’t be complete.

It doesn't make sense because the whole 7 bells thing didn't exist until s3. The writers had to make something up to continue the story, so now there's plot holes

Can someone explain to me if the following are plot holes or am I just dumb ?
1. 5 saw his siblings die in the original apocalypse. But Klaus is immortal. So how was he dead ? I first thought that he maybe didn’t discover his true powers yet but we know for sure that he died from falling from a roof when he was young and in season 1 in the club. And if he also ended up surviving like 5, surely the commission would have said something about him to 5.
2. When 5 and Luther met the older 5 in the end of season 2 they told him that Vanya caused the apocalypse. Young 5 also told old 5 the correct mathematical formula so he would have his old body when he time travels. So in theory old 5 could have prevented vanya from causing the apocalypse AND have his original body. Which means they would never have to travel to the 1960’s and thus never met Harlan, who then never killed their mothers so the Kugelblitz never formed. Am I missing something here ?
Klaus choses if he wants to go back, but there was nothing to go back to, so he probably just chose to stay dead.
As to question 2, I think that’s the version of him which made The Commission. He kept his body, and acted quickly, which left him free to invent reliable time travel.
He might have even said “don’t save the world” due to recognising the timeline with his de-aged self was going to burn itself out and then not be relevant anymore (thus erasing the Kugelblitz problem).
Of course, if there’s another season that may end up contradicted. But it seems finished to me.

Honestly Vicktor's powers were once scared by Hargreeves himself, so I wouldn't be surprised if he developed a big upgrade. But I kind of hate the fact that Lila can still fight any powerful sibling, there should be some power she can't reciprocate.

allison wasn't affected (and i believe still has her powers) because she didnt alter reggie's "settings" in his little pod control thing, she just continued it. His settings included the deal he made with alison.

I think Lila is still there because she is part of the original timeline from season 2( she was just introduced in a different year). I think Ben is still there because he has always existed he was just dead. And Sasha had never existed previously so when Allison reset the time line she got erased.

RH could have already planned everything from the beginning. Getting Umbrellas all together, explains Luther being there despite being killed and Ben to complete them. The addition of Lila, well, could be Allison's absence. Sloane could have had a different entrance as Allison. Those cubes that RH was arranging before Allison killed him, could have been his perfect plan. So, that might be the Umbrella's loophole in resetting the universe.
But isn't the grandfather paradox still ongoing in the latest version of this universe then? If the siblings don't have any powers it means that the magic dust/orbs where never released, which means that they were not absorbed by the parents, and as per ep 1 of this season, was shown to be the reason they gave birth to them a few minutes later? So different universe, same problem? 🤷♀️

But in this case the mothers do exist in the new timeline, so it's doubtful how the umbrella members still exist, but I don't think the there is a grandfather paradox this time

What I am still questioning is what happened with the commission now? Does it exist again? On the one hand we saw number 5 talking to himself in the future but this was in the old universe, on the other hand the commission is built in a place apart from the timeline and Reginald is not informed about the existence of the commission. So it could be that the commission exists again and this can make everything more interesting in the new season
I think Alison died and that scene with Ray and Clair was her in the void. In the next season she will appear via Klause like what Ben did for the first two seasons.

I think the plan was always for Allison to kill Hargreaves. In the end, she got what she wanted, he got what he wanted and none of the siblings would know about it so they won't harbour negative thoughts about her. Also she made sure all the siblings got back to normal, like Luthor's body, five's hand and Diego's fingers. She made sure that Sloane didn’t exist coz she tried to get Luthor back and he rejected her for Sloane. And maybe she still has her powers and the reason the others don't is so that they can't stand against her.
So Allison gets to be the only one happy? How is she not the villain.

at 5:38 you can see that the one block in the sigil symbol isnt glowing which means only 6 were glowing which i guess explains that sloane wasnt able to survive
That machine in the hotel oblivion worked by sucking out the particles from all the seven members standing on the stars (sigil) and those particles were the reason all of them had superpowers in the first place, this is the reason why I think Allison still has her powers in the new timeline as she didn't stand on one of the stars. Maybe she still has her wounds also because she was the one to press the button to create the new timeline unlike others she didn't have a fresh start, which was supposed to be done by Reginald Hargreeves if everything would've gone according to his plan.

Sorry, the writing this season was not as good as the other seasons. The Vanya/Viktor part was so weak! No one who has known a person by one gender can just change in 5 seconds. No one accidentally called him Vanya or her or she… someone would have slipped. Just unbelievable how much they wanted to appease Page.

i agree with harlan and stanley. but i think most of the deaths for the sparrows were meant to feel like that. to show us how fragile life really is and no matter who someone is they could die ie the sparrows who we thought were gonna be these super big bad guys that the umbrella’s would be constantly fighting

Reginald’s original plan was for everybody to die. So whether it was Allison or Five on the last star, he wouldn’t have cared. I believe he only told Allison not to go, so that he wouldn’t be stuck with Five (he decided to spare her since there was a deal).
If Klaus hadn’t come back, there would still be 7 of them, enough to complete the plan. He only used Allison to get them there by convincing her to apologize to everyone.

Even tho I'm not agree with Allison's actions, I can't blame her... She lost a lot of things and knowing that Viktor (someone who she truly cared about and the only one who respect and defended Viktor since the very beginning) betrayed her by not telling the truth about Harlan... That just painful. Also she lost Luther and I can tell that at some point she felt completely alone. She didn't even care about Klaus, Diego or Five. She just cared about herself and the whole revenge thing (on the wedding episode you can see that).
Theory :
- Reginald is an alien and had nuclear war in his planet and lost his wife. (S1EP10)
- Reginald plans to reset a universe to be with his wife again by building a "Universe alter machine" that uses "special particles" to power it.(S3EP10)
- Reginald release these "special particles" into humans to grow more of it.(S1EP10) The more the humans strengthen their power, the more these particles grow. That's why he kept training the kids and build the Oblivian with Sumurais to make it almost impossible. Reginald once said "One truly discovers true potential when faced near extinction" while pogo was training them. (S3EP6)
- Reginald was simply on Earth to build Oblivian, preserve his wife on the moon, and train kids to reach full power to be extracted at Oblivian.
- Five attempted the Oblivian more than once
- In the 2nd last attempt , Five did not step on the star. & realised Reginald was evil & trying to alter the universe with himself having full control & impossible to defeat. So he killed Reginald & reprogrammed the machine to create a post apocalypse world where the entire umbrella gang and Reginald dies, he also build the commission to prevent anyone from stopping the apocalypse.
- Five created the operation bunker anti-paradox incase the commission failed to stop his younger self from altering the timeline. He could at least warn young Five himself to let Kugelblits destroy the universe than to allow Reginald activate Oblivian.
- Reginald figured Five would stop him when activating Oblivian when Five said his older self told him to not save the world. That's why Reginald killed Luther and Klaus to ensure exactly 7 ppl enter Oblivian to be occupied by the star. When Klaus revived, Reginald ensured that Five stepped on it instead of Allison (whom is stupid as hell).
- Therefore everyone ended in the new universe, with no powers and all companies was named after Reginald.
- Sloane did not come to the new universe as Allison only asked for her siblings to be safe. In return for convincing Umbrella to attempt Oblivian. However they might find an alternative Sloane
- Allison will not have powers, as it will threaten Reginald's control
Season 4 :
- Everyone found out Reginald is evil
- There's a glitch in the universe. As Allison killed Reginald when he hasn't completely format the universe during Oblivian.
- The glitch helped Umbrella stop Reginald.

I can’t help but feel if Viktor just went about a better way of telling about the mother killing then Allison’s whole development coulda just stopped, which I felt the authors pushed for with no apparent reason. After her own husband (in her mind) tells her that she needs to basically just get her shit together, you’d think after that she would. But nah, Harlan goes about hiding the mother shit with encouragement from Viktors trash advice. Like Harlan literally accidentally killed those women in a freak accidentally which was no fault of his own (I mean literally how would he know connecting with Viktor would cause deaths), and then only realizes it’s the cause of their own problems when he sees the pictures of them. If Viktor and Harlan explained this to the group Allison’s hatred would be shut down by the entire group essentially. She would prolly be talked down by Luther or atleast the whole group would be unitedly against her, stopping Harlan’s death or turning Allison outright into a villain going against the groups wishes. If you really think about it, this shitty plot I made up would be better because it would literally work into being a better reason for Allison to turn to Hargreaves and would directly make her a villain. Someone tell I’m wrong 😂
TLDR: Viktor basically got Harlan killed by giving shitty advice
7:45 you can see from the top view that there is a 6 path and 6 doors the one going down is blacked out which means , there could have been a timelene where the universe was kugelblitzed and that door is blacked out since they couldnt save it, and the umbrella academy just got out of the second one alive and well but without powers due to the fact that they used the backdoor to reset the uni, and while they powered the sigil they got sucked dry from their power , it could be that their power is no longer due to that or they need to recharge it. But since this is a new timeline they cant go back since i think they are entirely on a new and different paralled world where what they want are actualy all in this universe. And also there are doppelgangers of them.

That last scene where the universe dicipated 2 of the most important charqcters was so eye opening, it was like a slap in a lot of peoples face, that was so real looking like and it had the viewers holding on to their chair when that force of the universe itself gave you no option but die and that looked so real and scary af, is scary that could happen ij reality in our universe in our timeline in our circumstances, so so genius that scene was wow so so incredibly horrible. In a twisted wicked way.
In the bus scene, if you look out the window beside Ben you can see the same particals flying that got the women pregnant 😳
Hated that Allison got the good ending. After what she did to Viktor and Luther. Also please let Sloane be alive because if Allison wiped her out I'd die inside.
Don't so what she did to Viktor cause what she did was understandable that's why when they argued Viktor stuttered a lot cause they could see they were wrong if you found out one of your siblings was friends with someone who killed you and your sibling's mothers meaning destroying you guys and your children and your sibling still defended them wouldn't you be angry tbh I would have killed Harlan as well cause yes he didn't mean it but he still did it.
@@Valcro I get that him hiding it was wrong but if you're punishing Harlan for something out of his control then that makes Viktor the main antagonist. Viktor had a duty to protect him, especially after Harlan did save them. Her grief is well justified but I feel she went WAY too far. If Allison didn't use her powers to lock Viktor away and instead he was taught how to use them with restraint, none of this would have happened.
@@johnnyb368 none of their powers were life Viktors so it would be hard to train them and when Viktor was young they killed people with a straight face so reginald wouldn't want that to happen to the rest of the umbrella academy not cause he loved them but for the obsidian mission

I mean, if the goal was to start up the machine and reset the universe from the beginning, why did he kill himself in the first season? There would be no one to get them through the door and do the reset.
Cause remember he says in the third season " only two ways to get people together , a wedding and a funeral" something along those lines
He gave up on it after Ben’s death. (Perhaps even after Five’s disappearance.) Whether he somehow knew another timeline might be created which revived him is a separate matter, but I could see him deciding it didn’t matter anyway if he couldn’t be with his wife in the first timeline.
That ending left me literally screaming WTF

My theory is that Allison still had her powers because she is the only one that didn’t go onto the stars and get it sucked out of her
But Luther also lost his and he wasn't even alive when all of that happened.

Maybe in Season 4 Allison becomes a misunderstood villain pinning her against her siblings, Luther, Five, Viktor, Diego, Ben and Lila has to figure why Allison made that deal and how to get their powers back in order to fight Allison, along the way they find Sloane without knowing that she doesn't have the memories from the Sparrow timeline. We can finds about the Jennifer incident that got Ben killed in season 1 and cuts back to sparrow Ben being with Jennifer
So season 4 is confirmed since she said we have to wait for season 4.
