I can't describe how moved I am by this piece of music. I return to it often and hear something new each time. What an absolute joy to hear Anne describe what it's like to play it for its composer. Wow wow wow. Absolutely breathtaking.
Agreed 💯🎯🥹🤲🏽🥰👩🏽🍳🤌🏽💋🎻✍🏽✨💫🌟
I am shocked in my soul by this astounding music, there are no words
Each time I come back to this performance or even listen 🎧 to this piece (purchased it via iTunes), my heart & soul just pours out & weeps. My spirit is relieved once the tears of joy, gratitude, and contentment are done flowing. 🥹🤲🏽😭💗🥲🥰 So grateful for the works of both Anne Akiko Meyers & Arvo Part. Beautiful! 👩🏽🍳🤌🏽💋
This young lady has so much soul in her playing. May 4, 2024. USA
Hello, Anne. I love and totally agree with everything that you shared. I appreciate how you delicately described your thoughts to adequately articulate and capture the beauty that illuminates from being we've come to know and love as Arvo Part and the brilliance of his work and the environment in and around the concert hall that reflects who he is and his work. Marvelously and well said, Ma'am. Thank you very much for your valuable time and professional input. I am grateful to Whom I serve for both you and Arvo Part. I cannot imagine this world without the divine gift of music that you were both given and so freely share it. Please take care and stay healthy. (Smiling with a full and grateful heart)
Beautiful tones are connecting silence.
My god Anne is so beautiful
Instead she is.

Hi,from Lithuania.👍👍👍
Moving.
Can anyone please tell me what the (brief) introductory string music is to this documentary? It's definitely not Part! Beautiful playing and musings from Anne Meyers.
That's "5 Pieces: 5 Pieces: No. 5. Love Song: Cantado espressivo" (ruclips.net/video/t_HrFMDbaGw/видео.html) close to the 1:45 mark
It's from "kodumaine viis", a "symphonic poem" by Heino Eller, Arvo Pärt's teacher
Tysm for both responses. 🥹🤲🏽😇🙏🏽🫂💕
Anne i like you very much :D
If writing is walking , poetry is dancing.Music ? All the four above , at once .
Part Japanese? I thought you were part fighter pilot. Ha.
Mrs Meyers you are like the proverbial fine wine, you get better with age. So talented. So lovely and courageous. Rachmaninoff and Anton Rubenstein were pure Romantic. Love to your husband and beautiful daughters. For fans of Romanticism please visit www.aynrand.org TY
Libertarian ?
I hope in prayer that Anne would understand that the only truth is Jesus Christ Himself; Lord and Saviour exclusively.
Let the music and the performance speak for themselves. All these star building efforts and the uppity blah blah blah only tend to diminish the potential brilliance.
This is a nice work. Yet, I still prefer your performances of Romantics like Mendelssohn and Saint Saens. They have more passion according to my ear. Always love the sight of you playing with such focus and fragile strength. Your like some expert pilot landing his aeroplane efficiently. For a more academic and in depth analysis of Romanticism please read THE ROMANTIC MANIFESTO by the legendary Ayn Rand. Her Institute is here: www.aynrand.org Thank you HNY .
