this is just a conversation between two outcasts who totally get each other. So beautiful to see.

And neither communicating in their fist language. One can only imagine what their responses would have been if they responded in Estonian and Icelandic

When she dropped that Pinocchio analogy and he realised his art had been truly understood that was quite special. Björk is such a genius 🤗

Outcast has such a negative non-functioning ring to it though. It's two hyper-sensitive people communicating and yes it's beutiful to see.

This is a really fascinating portrait of the language of music. You have two individuals, both brilliant artistically, speaking to one another in a language that they are clearly not completely fluent in, and yet they understand one another so clearly because of the concepts they're talking about.

"You can kill someone with sound, and if you can kill then maybe there is also the sound which is opposite of killing.
And the distance between these two points is very big.
You are free, you can choose.
In art everything is possible. But everything that is made is not necessary."

I turn to Arvo Part when I need to enter fully into the world of emotion, not only mine but the emotion of the world soul. He is, I think, a true and precious gift to this world..... and so is Bjork, another totally genuine musician.

Two natural souls without shades that narrow their view, purpose, direction, purity and with a child´s pure emotions and the fearless playfulness...
I watched a clip of Aarvo listening to the sound of the rain on the inneryard of a house absolutely beautiful... I think it is very important with acoustics and tempo for Aarvo... How it sounds... The way that there is never the same sound to be heard twice and the joy of moments finding the gem´s of audial experiences...
(sorry for the lousy wording, Swedish is my native tongue...)
