its a trend that americans love to do. imagine how advanced out echnology is nowadays, but characters are prettier in the ps2 era. They keep making average looking women just to look REAL. Aloy, forespoken woman, the protagonist in battlefront 2, there's more but you get the idea. Just look at japanese devs. im sure you've seen how gorgeous Ada Wong is.

Shift Up's previous game, Nikke, shares a similar vibe with Stellar Blade (except for the enemies, a rather slumish environment as assumed in the underground city, and many else.) Along with a mix of a Nier atmosphere too. Jesus they improved so much it's heckin crazy.
I'll be looking forward to this game, it's quiet heat!

This game is graphically brilliant. From the main protagonist to the creature designs, this is peak Eastern game design.

@@nightruler666 It's still coming to pc but at later date now. Shift up signed up for a 10 year contract with PlayStation recently to be a "2nd party" developer. Stellar Blade is coming to PS5 first now.
i've been fan of Hyung Tae Kim since Magna Carta, Destiny Child and Blade And Soul. Now Stellar Blade..his artwork never cease to amaze me all the time.watching this Its like watching Blade And Soul all over again.

This is the game that change it name several times didnt it? It was something like Project Eve If I'm not mistaken
Project eve was just the code name until thay revealed the actual name remember Project athia then it turned into Forspoken.
Definitely buying this if the reviews hold up.
