Assalamualaikum Sir.
Really impressed by your sessions, I have my distal surgery 6 weeks ago and and my movement of knee is only about 45 50 degrees please suggest me exercises as i am bearing about 10 percent weight on that leg. Out of Lahore, unable to attend a face to face session.
