In light of SAN’s upcoming birthday I thought we’d have our interns watch one of the best performances ATEEZ has ever done. This is the performance that made me a real fan. I started watching Kingdom to see a The Boyz performance and got sucked in by Ateez. I am interested to know what they thought of Guerrilla after seeing Rhythm Ta.

I became atiny after watching this performance
1st I think that what they should have started with is that this is a cover of a IKON song (they were also on Kingdom and Mingi is a huge fan of Bobby BTW)
And this performance is not only a clue to more upcoming Ateez's songs/ lore / storyline BUT how Ateez has a very unique way of making a song their own (hence why they have won over so many fans/ K-POP professionals and Immoral Song competitions)
Even IKON gave them props on how Ateez gave Rythm Ta new life!

2nd Welcome to all the Atiny converts ... a lot of people bad mouth Kingdom for how they tried to keep the 6 groups apart but the producers of the show had to deal with #1 the COVID pandemic and had to keep everyone safe and follow South Korea's protocol #2 it was a Competition and they didn't want to have the groups talk amongst themselves- they were afraid of spoilers 😅
Little did they know that with Ateez we have WooYoung (our little social butterfly & the collector of other K-Pop members / Bestie with Changbin of StrayKids / and has the confidence to straight out ask for someone phone number or social media info) AND this was at the beginning of filming the drama Imitation that 4 Ateez members and 2 members of SF9 were in.
Thankfully they did the sports competition which gave them an opportunity for the groups to interact and then they split the groups into 2 teams for the collaboration part #Mayfly 😊
#3 You had groups from 6 different Entertainment companies and they don't normally interact with each others unless they are at competition shows like Music Bank or The Show, or at awards shows like MAMA or Golden Disk...

The best kpop idol ATEEZ😍😍😍😍
Ateez didn't win the competition but they won this round and another with the judges votes and even some of the groups. Fan votes counted and Ateez have a smaller fandom as a group from a small Korean label. They were the babies in the competition but live performances with insane energy and live vocals is what Ateez are known for. They are always praised by industry peers and are the only kpop act that have won 4 times on Immortal Songs which is against amazing vocalists. It's not a kpop show and rarely gets idols there because you must sing live without all that backtrack support.

Could you react to BTOB performances on Kingdom?? They are the vocal/harmony kings and even though they were the seniors there and there were only 4 members who joined Kingdom that time..they have created amazing live stages and earned the admiration and respect from the younger groups. Hope you could check them out and see how good they are. Thank you.
Hey you should make them see bts live performances as they previously only saw the music video. It'll be nice to see their reaction to hype live performances like dionysus but also slow/sad songs like the truth untold !

the win was based on fandom votes, Skz were fairly well known by then with a solid fanbase
this round (round 2) ATEEZ won. the previous round (round 1), ATEEZ's stage came in 1st with the judges and peer votes but with fan votes added in ranked #2. after the finale Stray Kids won the entire competition at the end.
I love SKZ, they are so talented, but they won Kingdom because of their much bigger fandom than the other groups.
