I know everyone loved their Wonderland performance on Kingdom but personally the Rhythm Ta cover was my absolute favorite. And not just because Jongho looks so good in red and black with his hair slicked back 🥵
me too,l like wonderland kingdom performance of course it was legendary, but l love this because it wasn't their own song but they made it just like their own that's the hardest thing to do,because this song already so famous u have to transform that is so difficult, but they did that,everything Ateez touch it they will kill it

It was my favorite too. Wonderland was amazing but I just really love what they did with this song and stage.
I loved their cover performance, but I kinda wished they'd have chosen iKon's Bling Bling.

Ateez's intro to Rhythm Ta is used in their MV Guerilla, actually Rhythm Ta lead into Guerilla.
They allowed Halateez in, because Ateez is so chaotic, that no one's ever sure just how many are running around like headless chickens spreading mischief.
Mingi presence would've been even a greater gift, but KQ did well and didn't force him to partecipate. I'm so glad we got him back when he was mentally better.

Ateez pretty much teased "Guerilla" with that performance.
IKON's Rhythm Ta was already perfect and iconic but ATEEZ took it to a whole new level and modified it into smth addictive. I can't listen to normal Rhythm Ta after I watched ATEEZ's cover😭😭.
Anyone who would listen to Rhythm Ta by ATEEZ, even if they donno that it's by ATEEZ would know anyway that this music is by ATEEZ.

If you don't already know iKON, they're defiantly a group worth getting into more. They were one of the groups that got me into kpop and on my top three favorite from 3rd generation, along with MONSTA X and GOT7 😉
If you like the upbeat songs, iKON's 'Dumb and dumber' and 'Bling, bling' are very recommendable. They're weird and fun songs 😅 But their more emotional ones, such as 'Apology', 'Killing me' and 'I'm OK' are really good too! Their 'Love scenario' is another one of their 'iconic'songs 😉iKON has that real diverse sound, that makes 3rd generation good 🙂

Hi thank you for reacting to this. I think both version had a different style to it. Both iKON & ATEEZ did a great job tho. But if I can suggest, you should see the live concert version for the iKON’s Rhythm Ta. They had the rock ver. for this song which what they use now instead of the original one. Personaly the rock ver. is more dope in my opinion😂
And also iKON is known for their live performances, their vocal and energy is just amazing. I hope you could react to iKON more in the future😊
I love the original version so much so when Ateez covered i was a little nervious(?) about how that would go but of course... Ateez never disappoints. They made Rythm ta their for that stage. I just love both versions now.

Also the rapper you liked from ikon with the guttural/growly voice is Bobby. He's a fantastic artist both with iKon and solo music and he won Show Me the Money 3.

Rhythm Ta has soo many versions we thought they'll have 100 before the year of KD ended 😂 The most popular version is their Rock Remix, Encore performance from the Continue tour in seoul 2019... Hopefully, you can react to that as well and some other Live Performances of iKON (Just Go Live in Japan, Don't Forget, Perfect from their Continue Tour in Seoul). 🙏

I’ve seen many people say the same thing. Plus braids and dreads are common among SO many cultures for centuries. Vikings had them, Asian people had them, etc. If people aren’t actively trying to appropriate a culture or be rude, why bend ourselves up? There are so many people out there TRYING to be offensive, you know? A person only has so much energy. I have to say I miss BI with iKon, but his new stuff slaps. BTBT was my song of 2021.

ATEEZ's concept is Money Heist
The only thing about the song that upset me a lil bit as an iKONIC is the fact that it didn't resemble the original much; only the lyrics here and there actually. It's good as an individual song to me, not as a new version.
