Forte dei Marmi is such a lovely area, with it's own feel and fashion! For someone with the budget, this would make an amazing property with great investment potential. Just needs tweaking a little! 🥰🤗🤩
It's a great property, hard to convey what a brilliant location it's in. If you don't know the area. Plus a huge piece of land. !0 minutes walk from the sea. It just needs some updates. Thanks for watching. x
Ciao Annette, OK this was a great new idea to sit down at your computer with Frank after the tour and take a look at some similar properties to get an idea of valuation...would be great to do that for all your tours. Presumably in Fivizzano the comparisons are places you would already know, but it would be educational for us anyway. PS finally started reading Italy is my BF last night, didn't realize you had an affinity to the seaside before reading that, and now you did a first time tour at the seaside, crazy stuff. Cheers!

hmm, the house and the property are beautiful from the outside but a mess and a bit confusing from the inside. I don't understand the Americans' obsession with big kitchens to be honest, but overall even if you are not American we can agree that the inside needs redoing and opening the space. Also, the decor is mostly not good except for the first kitchen. The price might be right for the squarage. You can use the outer buildings, tear them down, and build the same style of smaller buildings in the style of the main house and turn them into B&B accommodation.
Just so you know, Forte dei Marmi is one of the dearest coastal towns in Tuscany ...stars, celebrities etcetera live there, so the prices are reflected. It's a very "exclusive" area. The main shopping street has all the top European Fashion designer boutiques. You can't really compare it to other villas in Tuscany price-wise as this area has it's own unique "pricing", just like any other exclusive town anywhere in the world. 🥰🤗
Probably not at the seaside though. This is a very sort after location and this house has an amazing location and tons of land. It's on the "Tuscan Riviera".
