- What's up guys! I have been SO sick lately & can't seem to shake it. Seems like it's coming down to being stressed with all the home reno stuff that is going on! Did anyone else feel like that when redoing their house? ANYWAYS... here's what happened last week xo

It’s going to feel amazing once you guys are done all your renos! What exercises do you do in your workout? Good for you for loosing those inches! I can’t wait for my baby to arrive so I can get back into regular fitness.
I can't wait Vanessa! && for workout it's normally circuits but Monday's are kettle bell weights!
The layout of houses in Ireland is so strange. It’s just a hallway and every thing is in a separate closed room. There really isn’t no opened area

Renovations take time lovely! Don't overwhelm yourself or get frustrated with timelines not being met. Painting takes surprisingly longer than most expect. Enjoy that you have a convenient and welcoming place to stay while they're ongoing and just be ok with things taking time. Once you're living in there you'll be glad you took longer and did a more refined job x take care

Hey girl everyone around us has been sick all winter and we’ve been fighting off all sorts of viruses and I’ve noticed a huge difference since drinking Kombucha that I’ve been able to fight off tons coughs and bugs this winter so I highly recommend trying to drink Kombucha a few times a week 💕 I know what it’s like to be run down and sick all the time 😰

I've been sick for about a week now, and I know I can partly blame stress. It's amazing how it compromises your immune system! I'm on the mend, but I've been taking lots of supplements and drinking lots of water and tea and doing short guided meditations in the mornings to combat it. I hope everyone in your family is healing and feeling well! Sending lots of positivity :)
I would love to see a video where you and Paddy sit down and answer questions or do a makeup video together or something. Haven’t seen you two connect in a video in a while! Maybe a get ready with “US” date night video where you pick out each other’s outfits and answer couple questions while doing makeup 💄 Love hearing love stories and being reminded of the sweet things 💛

Classic, saying “not to be rude” when clearly the intention is to be rude and negative. There are nicer ways of saying things, perhaps try something along the lines of “we miss sandy, would love to see more of her” rather than passive aggression.
