gavin is it normal for a brief puff of white smoke from from a new generator when start up and turn off choke? Or also when going from eco mode ‘on’ to eco ‘off’?
WEN GNA200 is the M20 magnetic dipstick - I have 14 hours on this so far using Royal Purple break in oil and I changed out the CCP Torch plug for an NGK iridium plug (NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug - 3903). Be CAREFULL when you change out the spark plug and use a socket that holds on to the plug. I can almost get 'lost' in the metal shroud that surrounds the plug hole. I also put in a 14AWG SAE DC Power Automotive Connector Cable Y Splitter on the line between the lithium starting battery and the generators charging line. This will enable me to use a different lithium approved trickle charger if I want. Keep in mind that if this battery dies, you will NOT be able to start this generator in any way. While breaking in the generator, I did notice that there were not many metal shavings in the oil when I changed it out at 9 hours (I'll keep break in oil in it until it hits 25 hours) and will follow Westinghouse's advice to switch over to a full synthetic when its broken in. I'll use Amsoil small engine oil or Royal Purple to have extra zinc/phosphorus in it for extra protection and since it does not have a catalytic converter to clog up. the Generator has a nice fit and finish. I think that the extra oil screen filter is great, but they need to put it in the user manual. It takes a 12mm socket to get it loose. The oil is easy to drain with their set up, but I will still use an Automotive Fluid Extractor Pump, Oil Change Syringe with Hose, Manual Fuel Suction & Filler, Fluid Oil Change Evacuator (Amazon). The side panels come on and off easily. My complaint is that the transport bar rattles and makes noise when the generator is running. To give myself extra 120-volt outlets, I'm using a NEMA L14-30P to Four 5-20R/ 5-15R & L14-30R Generator Adapter Extension Cord, 4 Prong Twist Locking Generator 30 amp to 15 Amp/20 Amp 30 Amp Generator Power Cord from Mecmo (Amazon). I like its digital display. I am using only propane, and it starts up on the 2nd automatic start after hitting the start button.

@@GeneratorReviews For sure. I already have a Genmax GM7500aIED from Sam's Club that's very surprising and gave $799 during Black Friday sale. Thinking of either getting a larger gen like the Pulsar PGD105BiSCO while Amazon has it for $1999 or the 11,000 watt Genmax version Sam's Club sells if it goes on sale. The Pulsar has the 3 year warranty like the iGen11000dfc and Westinghouse in general. Or, just get another GM7500aIED and run in parallel when needed. The bad thing will be double the propane consumption versus a single larger model. Hmm.
👍
😊
Manual on these and the websites says it’s floating neutral
its definately a bonded neutral. Although I floated mine after I got it.
What would it take to run this on NG (if that is even possible)?
Buy a Genmax or Pulsar tri fuel and be on the safe side and maintain warranty
Can we parallel this generator with a GenMax 9000?
No, both generators have to output 240V
What happened to the microphone?
My mic was having a bad day but I did not realize it until the video was already recorded and I was not gonna do it again.
Another option.
As you pointed out, there's a parallel option for these, but i don't see a parallel cord that still maintains the 240v that i need for an AC, dryer, and a well pump. Please link me to a 240v capable parallel cord or paralleling is useless for us. THANKS, Gavin!
Another inverter that doesn’t have tri fuel capabilities :(
You should be able to get an after market natural gas regulator.
Would be nice if the audio wasn't messed up. That's quite distracting.
There was only two spot the audio messed up
@@GeneratorReviews Sure. Just from 0:09 through 1:59 and 4:14 through 9:08. Only most of the video.
Please try to keep the camera still. Im dizzy!
How??
@GeneratorReviews Tripod? Just saying!

How is that evil? Would you rather not have information? Looks like you’re looking for help that I’m providing.
Go play mind games with weak people. I’m too strong for this shit.
