Thanks Mike and Kranzle for posting this. I was having this issue and thought it was due to electrical, even though the Pressure washer was running.on a 20A circuit. Next video request... replacing the hose in the hose reel on a T series.
Got a small leak on my stubby gun , was wondering why it was popping in and out , had a feeling it was this , great video ....to the point and informative , thankyou ! Keep up the good work
Good morning @wil717 . We would love to help you get to the bottom of this. If you wouldn't mind submitting an email to Jlee@dirtkiller.com with pictures of your set up, and your symptoms i can have one of our technicians reach out to diagnose this with you.
Have you checked all other water connections starting at the hose connection to the machine, the water out line, the connection to the gun-jet, the gun-jet to the nozzle? If you like, please call Josh Lee at 800.544.1188. He can help you.
I have a Kranzle 1122TST, purchased in 2020. I love it. However, I when I fired it up a couple of days ago and it began short cycling every few seconds. The hose is leaking like crazy. I hope I am explaining correctly, the pressure washer hose that has the big black connector at the end which you connect to the wand, or in my case the Obsessed Garage gun. It is not leaking at the gun, but rather at the base of the connector where the hose enters. Can this be repaired or does the entire hose have to be replaced. I sure hope this stops the short cycling. When I pull the trigger the short cycling stops. But, of course, I am getting drenched from the hose.
Are you saying you are having short cycling every 10 seconds, but there are no leaks at the inlet, outlet, hose, nozzle, or accessories? If yes, could be an internal leak related to the unloader valve itself. It's very rare, but possible. Please call Josh Lee to discuss. 800.544.1188 M-F 9-5 EST
just got a 1122 today and it does this but about every minute, so not that frequent and no visible leaks so probably internal, it doesn’t bother me much but could it damage the pump if it goes unrepaired?
Good morning @ang3l.f1 , If you could send a video to Jlee@dirtkiller.com we can take a look together and see what's going on. We are happy to take a look just to give you peace of mind. Thanks!
Hi. Sorry to hear that. Shippers can be brutal some times. Please call us at 800.544.1188 to arrange a replacement. Be sure to take photos and save box as we will file claim with shipper.
Is it oil or glycerin? Glycerin is clear like water but has the viscosity of oil. It washes off with water unlike oil. Either way, please call Josh Lee to discuss. 800.544.1188 M-F 9-5 EST

Glad you found it useful!
That's how you fix one issue but how do I find my leak, if their is one, it isn't leaking at the chemical hose...

By the way, I just removed the cap on the gauge on pressure washer, I noticed some oil inside! Is it normal?
