Thanks for this video. I managed to find a broken spring behind the 15mm brass nut thanks to your video. Back up and running again now.

Kranzle/Josh, excellent and well instructed video, my 1152 from purchase has never reached over 100PSI, had it 2 years and in middle of washing car it just stopped producing pressure, I followed your videos to troubleshoot, now its running sweet and full pressure is achieved. Huge thanks

Hey, my unit was used upright and now has no pressure! Is it toast?

Hi. Please call and speak with Josh Lee. 800.544.1188. In the mean time I'll ask his thoughts. *It's not likely "toast". It may need a repair, but that's one of the reason people choose Kranzle. They can be repaired. :)

Hi first of all thx for the vid, this is game changer to have people like you helping others on this kind of stuff
I have an issue with a Kranzle 1150 T where I have a complete loss of pressure, the needle doesn't move
The water stream is normal but no pressure at all
I tried to see what's behind the unloader valve and when i took it off there was some water (Is it normal ?)
When I pull the trigger it seems like they're is a sizzling noise coming from the Kranzle, I didn't go further than the unloader valve for now because I wanted to know your opinion first
Anyway thanks again and respect from France

    Interesting, so, thank you.
A little less Josh and keeping the camera on the work would be helpful,
rather than Josh telling us what's going on out of our sight.
