I have a kranzle which when turned on there is a continuous hum out of but it is not building any pressure.. do you not what the problem is.. I’ve cleaned the inlet and outlet parts and have also done what you showed in this video with no difference been made with the machine. Any advice would be great?
I found the problem after the seals were getting stuck because of hardening on the springs I gave them a bit of a clean with wd 40 and the washer is back to normal now again.. I wonder should I replace the seals anyway
Hi there, we've a 2160 ts and it's not turning on anymore when it was working a few hours ago, the power light switch is also not turning on. Any ideas?
@@kranzleusa5846 Hey, got it fixed, not really sure on the issue, it blew another fuse when we replaced it from the plug but then we said we'd try a third fuse and no issues since.
Hello sir my kranzle 1322 is leaking on the bottom out those little whole right by the brass .. it runs fine but leaking when running . Not the bolts but where the pump(brass) connected to the pressure washer
Hi Josh, working and resolving a few issues on our Kranzle....one question.....if there are signs that glycerin is leaking from the area where it screws in, could the glycerin be topped up and the issue repaired.? Best Wishes SImon

Hi Josh, my 5 month old K1322 is having a short cycling issue. At one point the valve body was dripping a little bit of water every 5 minutes or so but that seem to have resolved itself after a period of usage, but the short cycling has not gone away. I've checked the inlet for any leaks and my accessories as well. Anything else I can potentially look at?
Hi. This is Mike. SO, to confirm. There are NO LEAKS anywhere? Not inlet, outlets, accessories. If that's the case, give Lee a call to help diagnose. 800.544.1188 M-F 9-5 EST. *He is out the rest of the week, but will be back Monday 4-10-23.
When I removed the pressure gauge to check the valves it was entirely clogged with a white crystalic powdery substance going from the brass body into the guage. Can i remove that powder or do i need a new gauge?
FROM JOSH LEE directly.) .. The threads in the housing and on the gauge are BSP (straight). The connection is sealed via the flat surface at the end of the male threads and the flat part of the brass head inside that port. It's hard to see from the picture; however, small thin aluminum washers are used to make that seal (similar to the gasket in the garden hose connections. The chemistry of the water leads to the breakdown/oxidation of those aluminum washers resulting in the white crust. Most of the time it's due to the chlorine level of our tap water. Although, hard water with a lot of minerals can cause it as well. The best way for the customer to remove it is to supply the pump with water and power it on to blast that crap OUT OF the pump head. In our shop, we usually have most of the parts removed so we wire brush it and then blast it with compressed air.
Hlw recently i brought k2195 ts and after one year i repaired my pump i checked everything suitable but also the full pressure is not reaching what should i replace
Hi Josh quick question just bought a kranzle here in Canada K1622TS and when I connected it there’s no leaks and it has its own 20 amp plug. I let the water run through it to get the air out of it and then when I hit the power button it automatically trips back off and that valve on the side popped out and there’s nothing.. when you press the trigger to release the water that is in the machine that valve pops back in again the power button already tripped so there’s nothing. Let the water run through it again hit the power button it engage it but the power doesn’t stay on that valve opens up and still nothing. Hit the trigger to let the pressure out and that little valve closes back but I can’t keep the power on. there’s no leaks and it’s from a garden hose so I can’t figure it out..any help would be great.. ive contacted the distributor where I purchased it. If I were to hold the power button manually it would stay on but I don’t wanna do that obviously it’s tripping shut for a reason? please assist thank you.
TRy these steps...PLug the cord to a different outlet by itself meaning the outlet must be by its own and if ithe outlet is connect with other outlet? unplug any electronics on them...Try pressing the gun when turning it on and see if it works, check ur unloader it might be turn in too much and also make sure ur nozzle size correct...
The primary difference is the PSI and GPM, which is caused by the wobble plate in the pump. The 1322 is an exclusive we made for Obsessed Garage to work with his accessory kit. The 1322 ships without accessories. The 1622 has slightly different GPM/PSI and comes with the stock Kranzle accessories.
@@kranzleusa5846 thank you for replying with the info. What exactly is a wobble plate? From what you said it sounds like they are pretty similar (depending on what exactly a wobble plate is and it’s function) because I was originally told the 1622 had a completely different motor and windings? Thanks again for your help
@@jrose7381 The wobble plate is inside the pump. Unless you take the pump apart you would never see it or touch it. Variations in the wobble plate, in part, are what give variations in GPM. The tip orifice size is what actually causes the PSI. Any other questions?
Were sorry to hear you feel that way @seelan191919 . We do have specific video's targeting different symptoms if you are in need of something this video doesn't offer.
