This was originally a B-side. But when they released the preview, it received so much attention. So, they made this another title track. It is connected to DRIP in a certain way, which we will get to know after DRIP drops on Nov 1st. Its more like an intro for the album and the song DRIP. Also, I would say most of them are minors so the lyrics can't be very much, which would obviously limit the intensity of the lyrics. That's why I think the lyrics-bars are very subtle. Anyways, I really think it is a very good opening for the comeback.
i enjoyed the song alot , but i do agree that the bars could have been better specially for full rap song ,but also this is the issue with making a heavy hiphop/rap song and the group members being almost all minors , it limits what they can say/rap about. fearing the public response , eventually that causes limits on the lines of lyrics/raps/wordplay , which affects the structure of the bars . either way looking super forward to the full album release on 2 days .
Definitely disagree. A lot of their lyrics were already not believable for their age and current status. I think the theme of the song, young and rich, is kinda limited so you gotta be more creative. I'll give writers a 6 out of 10. All of them nailed the delivery. Tons of charisma.
