    This video would have been absolute F tier without the guitar. It really makes you feel the power of the guitar. And for that I put it in S tier.

    Nicely made! I’m not attempting a big metroidvania just yet, but I’m going to keep this in mind. I’m trying to get into the habit where, when I reach a milestone in a game’s development, I got back to the plans and make any changes based on what I can do and my time.

      Yeah I wouldn't go for the big one yet. Honestly this video blew up at a horrible time as I'm taking a break from this project.

    I feel like you kinda forgot about the planning aspect of this devlog. For the title, I'd assumed that there would be some actual plans showed and maybe I'd even learn something about exactly how to plan.
    As for the game, the recording feels laggy, probalby because the jitter in camera movement. Also, when you walk forwards, the camera lacks behind, making sure to showcase the part of the room you don't care about. If the camera was in front of the player, it'd be easier to see where you're going.
    I do like your avatar talking tho, so I'm subbing. Just gotta make a few things better :)

      Thanks for the feedback! Honestly when I made this, this was a rushed video and definitely not my best. It just blew up for some reason.

    It is amazing how ironic that the devlog talking about planning/keeping the game alive was the last devlog before the game was put on hold…

    I totally agree. Planning is one the most important part of indie dev and fsr, nobody talks about it.

      Thanks! Unfortunately due to my own blindness the game has gotten a bit to big for me right now so it’s on hold until I figure out what to do.
