We are waiting for exactly that. We will see.
X3 has a much better quality interior. The headrests in the X1 are like half the thickness, and it feels cheap on the interior (the center console 🤮).
The drive on the X3 is much better also, I have driven both and own a 2024 X3 currently.

This was the M35i and not the entry level for the X1.

Also you’re paying for the engine in a M35i not “better quality” interior…which is again a dumb comment because the interior is not cheap at all…anyone who shops luxury (or understands business) knows the proposition of a entry level vehicle. If you wanted “nicer” interior then you pay the price…Also you clearly know nothing about cars because the X3 and X1 are made from the SAME materials so what are you even talking about?
