You should have put in temp and time on one and pressed match instead of sync.

You’re supposed to use stale bread not fresh. If it’s fresh it will not absorb so much liquid and will finish up,soft and watery!
@razachaswills5076 you use old bread at least a day old it's not stale and hard . Also this is NOT soft nor watery
