How To Transport Your Canon Pro Series Printers Outdoors

In this video we will show you how you should prepare your printer to transport outdoors and reinstall it.

In this we are going to present the steps included in the “Transport Outdoors” process. So let’s get started.
Put the Voice over of going into the “Service Mode” maintenance tank reset.
The significance of this maintenance tank reset
While putting the printer in Transport mode, ink inside the printer tubes gets absorbed and if the maintenance tank is full and can not store more ink then the printer will showcase an error like this “showcase the error message image that we received while in the process”.
Now turn the printer “Off” and restart it normally. Once “On”.
Go to the Maintenance option, click on prepare to move and select “Transport Outdoor” option and execute it.
Now you need to follow the instructions and take all the cartridges out and close the tank covers as shown on screen.
Once all the cartridges have been removed, close the tank covers and let the printer absorb the ink and clean the ink channels.
As the absorption of the inks is done. A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
Now turn the Printer Off from the Power Button.
This is how you can put the printer in the “Transport Outdoors” mode and move to your desired place.
Note: While restarting the printer. Put the cartridges back on and then start the printer in Normal mode. Do not start printing before checking the nozzle pattern and head alignment of the printer.
