Ending it is probably Ethan's way of protecting his mom. Donna just became a main character in internet drama because of TP and KS and he didn't want that for her. This was my favorite RUclips series ever but I understand. Everything is gonna work out. Thanks again for the show

I'm pretty sure he did families to complete the agreed deals with the sponsors. Trisha even said he started families bc of the contracts with the sponsors. Frenemies started roughly one year ago and Trisha said it was a one year contract so that checks out.

Which is why i cringed at the thought of my own parents being exposed to it, he was brave to do it at all
I think this strengthened Ethan’s relationship with Donna and Gary. It’s beautiful that they even agreed to this. You can tell how much Ethan loves his parents and vice versa. This is bitter sweet. But we all love you Donna and Gary!

This show reminded me how seriously important it is to continue to bond with my parents. Once I had my own kids, I’ve been focusing on them so much that I didn’t realise how important it was. I love it, they love it, please don’t end this show.

I feel like this is ending because Ethan realized what it meant for his parents to be public figures after the Trisha drama and decided not to put that kind of stress on them, because let’s be honest they don’t need that kind of energy when they seemed to have a peaceful lowkey life before all this, really enjoyed it while it lasted, it’s been amazing to see how much the H3 podcast has grown 💕✨
I think so too. I mean, they bought the new decorations for the show just one episode ago, I'm sure it has to do something with Trisha shitting on Ethans' mom . Maybe its a coincidence (although there is no such thing as a coincidence) that he meanwhile got a new co-host but nonetheless i don't think it was planned for them to have 10 episodes only
I realized this, too, after my initial upset. Especially after seeing comments verbally abusing Donna, even here. With certain people targeting him, it is best to take them out of the line of fire.

I really loved this show. It's so sad it's over. I was shocked when Ethan said it was the last one. I felt like Donna was everyone's mom and I'm going to miss her and her butterflies, sincerely. I'm heartbroken.

Omg I just binge watched this entire series in a few days and I'm crying that it didn't continue. Ethan and his mom remind me of my mom and I, and I just love this so much. Out of all the h3 content this is far and away my favorite.
I really enjoyed watching all these Families episodes. It was like hanging out with my best friend and their family ❤️
I haven't seen anyone say this, but props to Gary for saying that him and his daughter have become self aware of their narcissism and are constantly fighting it/working on it. good for them! We all have our faults, but I'm proud of them for actually acknowledging and working towards being a better people!

As someone who struggles severely with bipolar disorder, being able to listen to your mother and her calmness was a very positive thing for me to be able to experience, however short lived it was. It will be severely missed.

as someone with severe bipolar myself- you are doing the best you can! be kind to yourself and no matter how dark it gets- it won't always be that way! take care of yourself, get plenty of sleep, and be compassionate towards yourself
This is random, unsolicited advice, but as someone with my own mental health struggles, may I suggest the youtuber Atomic Shrimp? His slow tv videos have gotten me through some really rough patches.
