    Chivas was the gateway whiskey for a lot of us!

    Agree with you, i had the 18 for christmas and it taste not good at all!!!
    Weird aftertaste, moldy musky, something got wrong in the aging process, i'm so sad!
    10 years ago, i had the same bottle and it was much much better with no aftertaste like this one.
    What's going on with Chivas
    (English not good sorry)

    My preference is the 12. Agree 18 is quite oaky and less sweet

    Try mixing them 12 and 18

      You should have tried the old recipe, that was varying wildly between bottles
