I suffered through Shakira's horrible off key singing every at work for more five years! I never liked her music since she started in Spanish. It is bad enough to hear her butcher songs while "singing" Spanish then to hear her also butcher songs in English for years because the radio station on where I work played her music for years.

"Achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus is the first song I ever remember disliking as a kid. Years ago I went to see My Chemical Romance in concert. They were absolutely amazing but their set had to be postponed a bit because of Jared fucking Leto. Their opener was 30 Seconds to Mars and during their set dumbass Leto decided to climb some of the stage rigging, but it didn't appear to be a pre-arranged thing because when he did a bunch of security guards rushed onto the stage to stand below him while he kept climbing higher and higher. Then a piece of rigging broke off and he almost fell. Once he was finally down the crowd started booing him. Then the venue operators had to check the rigging to make sure it was still safe for MCR to perform and we all kept chanting how angry we were at Leto for making us wait an additional 20 minutes. Such a dick.

Now I'm not entirely sure because I googled this ages ago and I never did get a satisfactory mesh between the lyrics I thought I heard and any song listed on the internet (a phenomenon I've encountered a number of times since) because all of the lyrics I could bear to hear were so damn generic.
I worked at a place that had a station that would play all acoustic versions or covers of songs and I can honestly say that in my opinion, I can count the number of acoustic versions of songs that I like more than the original on two fingers and they're both the middle fingers.
Anyway, one song in particular haunted me for at least a year and possibly more because I despised it so much that I recall the extremely whiny singer singing "in my head" 54 times throughout the song. I remember this vividly because it got to the point where I wanted to drive an ice pick into the singer's brain for every time I had to hear his nasally voice whinge "in my head". I don't know if this was the actual singer or not, but I THINK it was by Brent Dennen, but looking him and the song up now the lyrics don't match up, even though the basics rhythm does, so I don't know if I should continue to hate Mr. Dennen.
(BTW, if you're wondering, they even had an acoustic version of "Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega, which was notable because Acoustic means it's only the singer and a guitar, but the original and thus the acoustic Tom's Diner both lack a guitar, and in both, there's sections in the song where the singer goes silent, which they did not trim, so many MANY times they would play this acoustic version of Tom's Diner and we'd think the radio had gone dead)

I think my downright most loathed song is _Deck of Cards_ by Tex Ritter.
It's basically a "spoken word" song, in that it's not even really a song, but a monologue recited over a tune.
It's the story of a young soldier who was arrested for apparently playing cards in church. However, when questioned, he revealed that his deck of cards was what he used as a prayer book and goes on to explain, at length, how each value of card represented something from the Bible (for example- The Ace representing "the one true God")
    It's mawkish, sentimental and preachy.
And my neighbour plays it a full blast at 5.30 in the morning!

Of the music I have liked in the past, I think my favourite song is probably ‘Bloody Battle of Verdun’ by Christopher Lee (yes that Christopher Lee). While it’s not something I’d listen to casually, special mention has to go to ‘The Touch’ by Stan Bush because of its use in the ‘86 Transformers film (aka the best Transformers film 😉) purely because it’s use serves to make both the song and the scenes it’s used in more epic than if either was used on their own.

“Red Solo Cup” by Toby Keith
“Boys of Summer” by Don Henley (the only one I could tolerate)
“Pour Some Sugar on Me” by Def Leppard
And then…the store’s summer time grilling jingle sang by random people who made sitting in a room full of screeching, overtired and teething babies sound like a heavenly choir.

I got confused by the rules of what gets a clip or not. Some bands got mentioned but not a song so I guess that's fine. But then there's the quick lists of songs and only the last one gets one, that got me confused. Probably could have done well with a tally counter each time a song gets skipped. Though idk the process for uploading so maybe that would have been more work than just cutting out the music.

Their biggest selling, but still terrible single was "I'm A Man, Not A Boy", which has a chorus that simply repeats the line "I'm a man not a boy" over and over again. Alternatively if you prefer some heavier tunes, Only The Young and Ask The Lonely are some of their later tunes, and the early albums are full of psychedelic/classic rock - very comparable to Deep Purple or Iron Butterfly. Some standouts from that era are Kohoutek and Of A Lifetime.

I don't think it's the bands (but a lot do) copyright music it's the Bands Labels that own the song that copyrights the music.
When a music label releases a song from an artest they still own the song not the singer writer. Like publishers own a game not the people that make the game(developers).
In some cases the music label owns the song ,not the singer or performers.

I believe One Night in Bangkok and Anthem are the most overplayed songs from Chess, but damn is it a good concept album by Tim Rice, Benny Andersson, and Björn Ulvaeus. The musical that evolved from it is fine too.
If you want good clips from one of the concerts, find the one where Karin Glenmark (standing by her brother Anders, who sings the chorus in One Night in Bangkok) start singing Svetlana's part of Endgame when Barbara Dickson fell ill during the concert and didn't enter the stage for that song.
Another fun clip with Tommy Körberg (The Russian) is one where he performs Beauty & The Beast with Celine Dion. He kept dicking around during rehearsal saving his voice while she acted like a diva, making her believe he couldn't sing for shit, and her reaction when he starts wailing after the chorus she know she's been played and gives him the look of death before he laughingly gives her a rose.

I don't recall the actual title but I HATE the song about "they paved paradise to put up a parking lot". Doesn't matter which performer sings it, I hate both versions. Reason being is that most receive the song as an environmental message but if you actually look at the lyrics, it reads more as the singer being pissy that their significant other leaves them because their living room window now has a view of a crappy parking lot rather than a bunch of trees.
Again, the singer is pissy that their boy/girlfriend left them because their property was devalued.
I also hate the "don't you put it in your mouth" song from a psa commercial.

Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa. I did not like this song when it first came, but I ignored it and went on with my day. The problem was that his home town Football Team went to the Super Bowl that year and they took this GD song as their rallying theme. And then it was everywhere. It was on TV, it was on the radio on nearly every channel. The used it for the Super Bowl ads, other commercials, some other rap made a remake of the song for the other team that was going to the Super Bowl, making two versions of the song people kept requesting. I was surrounded by a song I didn't like to begin with that just played everywhere I went. It drove me insane. So, yeah, I hate 'Black and Yellow' in a way I hate no other song.
