@@melviasheppard8466 I got hooked while recovering from Covid during the Easter week. The Next Generation was shown on BBC and I watched it as I was quarantined in my room and had nothing to do for 5 days.
Mandy, this looks soo good! I must say I tried the ribeye beefy potato dish (two vids ago I think) the same day I watched your video and O ........... M .............G!!!! It was beyond!!! It was so so so good ... fed hubs and me plus two other adults for 2 days - I added extra potatoes, carrots, red and green bell peppers and red onion!!! It was so delicious and you were right ... the ribeye is so tender that it does not need to be cooked for long!! I will be making that dish ALOT!!!! ... especially in winter!! Oh and I served it next to Thai Jasmin Rice .... yum yum yum!!! THANK YOU!!!! To this dish, I will try it too later - I love noodles & any veggies .... Thanks for amazing content!!!

I grew up eating a more basic version of this in the 60s there wasn't the variety available in the Chinese market there is now. My mom used cabbage, pork, soy sauce, and shitake. I still make it the same way.
There is a channel called Hot Thai Kitchen or Pailins Kitchen, and she went through an Asian market explaining things for Thai food/ingredients. I thought that was a fantastic idea. Maybe you could do one for Chinese food/ingredients. Love your channel by the way, and I'm also in FL!
