    Really appreciate that the second round was not the exact same exercises as the first round, but still targeted all the same muscles! The variety helps the workout seem to go by faster.

    The way this duo make me feel, from the warm up, to work out, and cool down exercises. Then they add cheeky extras or twists to their workouts. I can't hate them😅love their step by step motivation in workouts, them, and how my body has seriously transformed😁my only downfall is some weeks I am not consistent. I go from four work outs to two work outs a week sometimes😔lack motivation or tired. But when I work out to these guys, it's fully beast mode💪🏾I give everything in me💯TEAM LET'S GET IT......

      That's ok, just keep pushing. Some days or weeks we just can't get motivated. The days when I LEAST feel like doing a workout seems to be when I'm in BEAST MODE, and I kill it, seriously. Just keep showing up for you!!! You can do it.

    Bravo to this duo! After 2 years of pandemic insanity in a hospital i am trying to get back into my routine of taking care of me. Day 3 and my body pain is already disappearing.

    I just wanted to thank you. Adding strength training to my work out routine wasn't easy until I found your videos. I really respond to the fluidness and overall format.     I should've checked for a new workout this morning. I love a good glute workout. I did two upper body workouts this morning.

    Great workouts! I love the format of the few videos I've watched. The cues are super straight forward and consistent, the music is a good tempo but not chaotic or distracting to the workout, and really appreciate that you're not trying to shout instructions over the music. The "coming next" pop-ups are a great way to avoid that. Overall, very impressed so far. Thank you both!

    I love how I can also do this work out with a kettle bell or even just one dumbbell! Just have to hold the weight a little different and it works the same! At my fathers I only have one 25W dumbbell and it works great for your workouts!

    Including the exercises in the description or comments would be helpful. That way you can quickly read which exercises are being performed and if you have the ability to do them.

    These work outs are great, I only wish they would label them Beginner friendly or more advanced. I do see some of the videos do have Beginner mentioned. I find myself having to stop and rest frequently but I am getting better
