    It becomes too easy for healthcare providers to neglect their own health, ESPECIALLY their mental health. Drop the stigma. We need to start practicing what we preach. Nothing like pouring your heart, soul, and knowledge into a conversation with a patient and their family about the steps to take to better their health....then turn around and not even take your own advice. Wonderful video Josh

    any tips for journaling

      I’ve used journals with daily prompts- I.e., you fill out one page each day. I’ve found this to be helpful and quick but I don’t think you could go wrong with free writing in an actual journal every day either!
