Loved these tips, and the one when you said if your peers can go out and have fun and they still can perform well in their studies, that's okay if you cannot do the same and you need time to focus, I had this issue that everyone was having fun outside and I was inside my room focusing on my studies! It felt worried because others don't feel the same way I do.
