Right at the end of The Final Cut you can hear the distinctive clicking of the 'pulse code' based UK phone system back then. The number (presuming London, because the 01 area code isn't dialled) is 337 4488... Which is in the Worcester Park area of South West London. Shame I wasn't around back when this came out because I would love to have seen who answered 🙂

Holy Smokes, I've figured it out !... You set me back on this having listened to it again now.... The phone number is that of the office of Storm Thorgeson / Andy Earl,, i.e... Hipgnosis.
