      हर रोज़ कार्डीओ नहीं करना चाहिये।
      हमको strength, फ़्लेक्सिबिलिटी, के लिए भी वर्काउट करना चाहिए
      तभी हमें अच्छा रिज़ल्ट मिलेगा
