I would be interested in hearing if you have as many thread breaks when you switch the needle size to maybe a 75/11? The Melco is very impressive I agree and you do a great job, keep up the good work.
Hey honey, I just rewatched this video and you’ve sold me on the Melco. Excellent Video!!!!! But I wonder why she did the comparison between the Melco and the two 6-needle machines when she had a 10-Needle Brother machine? After all, you want to compare the nearest competitors in terms of specs to see how they perform, and clearly, the two 6-needle machines were the underdogs, and performed as such. Still, I am more for the Melco due to the networking capability despite running Windows. Can the software run in a Mac Book Pro running Rosetta-2? And congratulations, you have lovely and beautiful children, just like you!!!
@@tonyavanveldhuizen3276 Sorry to say but yes it does, because switching from a 6 needle to a 10 needle one, the speed of the color/needle switching changes. I have seen that with some multi-needle machine from Brother and Babylock, the 10-needle one being faster. Why is that? I don't know, maybe is the software, or maybe is the motor, but it happens very frequently, and the heads move faster in 10 needles. And I saw at a Sewing warehouse two Melco machines that had different speeds, the 16 needle being faster in this regard than the 10 needle Melco. It is not the stitching speed that slows down the machine, but the change of color. And in any testing, you always want to compare the items that are nearest in characteristics. That is standard.

Hi, I'm Todd with Melco. I have finance companies that finance the EMT16X. I'm happy to email you more information. teggersman@melco.com (770) 820-8002
The Melco representative that I spoke with didn't like the fact I was looking for things similar to the Ricoma. Doesn't matter if Melco is made in Thailand Ricoma is made in China and Avance is made in Japan these machines are still made in different parts of Asia. It's a huge red flag for me being a US citizen living in the US I prefer American made machinery especially if I'm going to be paying $15,000 or more for one of these machines. Ricoma has a machine that has 12 heads and it is $60,000 but Melco with four of their machines you're going to be over $60,000. Ricoma is more affordable than Avance and Melco this is only for a single head and Ricoma offers more needles than Avance and Melco. As a business owner I have to do my due diligence I'm not just going to purchase an expensive piece of equipment just because of rep told me to. It's not like any of these reps are using the equipment themselves I worked in telemarketing everything is all about sales. And unfortunately I have come across a lot of companies that only care about selling you something instead of listening to you. The representative that I spoke with had the audacity to email me saying that she needs to get four new people on board that sounds like desperation. It also sounds like these reps are working off of commission as well because , I can buy six or seven traditional sewing machine for around the same price. You have to do a lot of research when you are buying expensive equipment and sometimes it's not easy especially when people can I see videos of it operating.
I am so on the fence with buying a multi needle and I see you have both. I really considered Brother until I saw this. Brother has such a good software program to go with, do you think Melco has the same? Plus I'm more of a crafter but could get more into the embroidery as I get closer to retiring from my day job as a hairstylist. Does needing to have the laptop to run the Melco create a hassle? Just like to hear from someone who has one. I'm really thinking you get more for your money with the Melco?? Would appreciate your opinions,,thank you!
So intense! Great video Angela! Holy cow, the brother is way slower...and not much a price difference? I cannot wait until I can upgrade from my PE800 LMAO. It's killing me!!
All embroidery machines need to be oiled the same if they are sewing for the same duration and speed. All emb. machines will use the same sewing machine oil and the burn off, evaporation, and sling factor will be just about the same if in the same environment. All emb. machines allow you access to lubricate the rotary hook easily (most frequently oiled spot) and usually the needle bars too. However, commercial machines are designed for the operator to add oil at various intervals to designated points whereas the home machines are designed for the owner to have to bring the machine into a service center to disassemble the covers in order to lubricate the machine for a cost, usually around once or twice a year depending on how much the machine is used.

Any idea difference in:
melco emt16 vs emt16x Plus vs bravo
???
Hi Angela!
Did you have to do special Electrical hookups in your home in order to have All these machines running simultaneously? 💪🏼🔥💪🏼🔥🤗

I know that you can do hats on a Melco, can you embroider hats on the brother machines?

What do you think about the Bravo machine?
Where do you order your commercial embroider machines?
How is the service on the Melco? Have you had any major issues with Melco?
The music in this was 🔥 lol. 💯
Hi, thanks for your videos. how often do you oil your Melco pls?
Hi! Everyday before using it!
Great illistration and great help, thx :-) And precious kids
