Thank you for a clear and precise presentation. I learned a lot about the Jacuzzi which is the brand I want as I need to replace my nearly 20 year old tub. I uses Jacuzzi pumps but is another popular brand locally. The pumps are original except the blower which was replaced a couple of years ago. The insulation factor is a big one for me being in New England. I really want an efficient tub as we use ours a lot in winter which is my favorite time to use it. The air mix is also important. Great presentation!

I owned a 2006 Jacuzzi J-315 when Jacuzzi was still made in America & manufactured a robust hot tub. Now that Jacuzzi has decided to move their operations to Mexico I have decided to go with an All American built hot tub in the Marquis brand & have been Pleased with my small Marquis Rendezvous.

@@erindav1 It is good. I love it. Plenty of space for my wife and I to float around at night. We spend 30-60 minutes whenever we in it. Lights are great and jets are super strong and even strong enough to where they need turned down a bit. Shell is very smooth. Also, Perfect for the kids to splash around during the day. I feel comfortable leaving them alone and peaking on them every now and then as the water depth is only 2-3 feet and my kids are tall enough to stand and keep heads out of the water. The hardest part is keeping the water chemistry balanced. I really don't think anyone has the answers for it. We probably should be changing the water once a month or once every two months to really keep it clean even when putting chlorine and all the other chemicals in it.

I can attest to"Jacuzzi"brand & it's Robust High end Quality! My short story is this- I purchased a pre-owned 2005 Jacuzzi J-315 in mint condition for $550.00 6 years ago. I am the 2nd owner of this hot tub & I can tell you I have Not had 1 single issue with my pre-owned Jacuzzi! I also love the fact that I was able to exchange a proprietary chip on the motherboard which now let's me extend my total temperature to 106° no other hard-sided hot tub manufacturer does this! Jacuzzi is #1 & always has been!

My brand New J-475 just installent today is leaking from the 2 diverter valves pump 1 and 2, the air switch are all leaking and one whistling like crazy. I’m not impressed with Jacuzzi Quality and their QA/QC control. For a spa over 10 grants it’s really disappointing.

I've had nothing but issues on my J-475 purchase from Aquaquip, Bellevue, Washington. Can't believe I've spent $17,000+, waited five months for it, got it and found the modem didn't work and the doors were installed incorrectly. Also, the water is constantly dirty and I didn't get any chlorine, bromine or anti-scum for the tub either. No one came to show me how to use it either. For that money, yes, I absolutely want someone to hold my hand.

Buy a hot springs from Olympic hot tubs you will be happy you did , if not 2nd choice get a bullfrog , much more comfort and energy efficient..if you want the truth about hot tubs do not take facts from dealers but contact an independent spa service company with no ties to a manufacturer and ask what brands they service the most after the warranty expires because most spas last as long as the warranty and most manufacturers have escape clause built into their warranty’s like chemistry abuse by claiming you did not treat the water correctly that’s why going with a better company can save you from lots of headaches and money .... your ownership of a spa will be much more enjoyable...

How can Masters Spa make a exceptional product with ALL American made components assembled in an American Factory at a comoetivw price. I have anHot Springs now. Didn't know about Master Spa. Take a closer look at Master spa & see how they use multiple Staples to brace their 2x4 frame(way too many Staples being used) also MS repeats this process with their abs floor-- I agree that Jacuzzi does need to move their manufacturing back to the USA & Harley Davidson.
