[it always works for me and my colleagues [we working in 3 shifts, morning-evening and night].❤
If you are sleeping a lot and still waking up tired, it may be worth looking into, because it could be something like sleep apnea. I had this and addressing it improved my quality of life immensely.

Asking that question "why" is a little silly, why do people climb mountains, why do people sail around the world, there is 1 reason, the experience, being able to say you did it with no mechanical aid just adds the little cherry on top. Humans have been fighting to be the first for the whole of human history, its not going to change just because we have better tech now. Just means people will come up with new ways of being "first".

I would disagree, it depends where in sleep cycle you wake up, I sleep 2-5 hours and with 5 hours I can feel great but had 4 hours once and felt like I woke up with what I believe a hangover feels like (I drink but never had a hangover)
I always feel more tired if i sleep longer than 5/6 hrs, takes me ages to get going. They say on average should be 6/7hrs but depends on the person. I have to agree though that more sleep than needed makes u feel more tired...i don't know anyone who says that they feel refreshed after sleeping longer than needed, always feel more tired

First: They don't seem to realize that this wasn't about the actual south pole, it's the southern pole of inaccessibility... One is in antarctica.. the other ISN'T.. it's literally in Russia.. So who would "want to own it" I would say PROBABLY the people who already do would object to someone random staking a claim just because they got there.. but more importantly.. No one would want to own antarktika??? That is BULLSHIT. The north and south pole are very valuable locations, especially from military/strategic reasons, we have had a lot of international deals in place to make sure that no one tries to make claim to them.. I believe there are also similar rules created for celestial bodies, no country can for example own The Moon.

our governments have resolved it and the island is now split between Denmark and Canada so we Danes now share a land border with Canada :)

The Russian bust was flown there by aeroplane, why did this team do it without mechanical assistance, because it hadn't been done before.
Surely being towed by a kite is just as much assistance as being towed by an engine.
