It would be ideal if PF Authority streamline the issues raised by members . Maybe the system doing a pre check before accepting the submission. It is hard earned savings of Members. The system has tremendous issues, in the name technology and updation it is creating hardship on the lives of ordinary people.

Sir, I have similar issue of ‘Already settlement’ and still have amount in my account. You mentioned to submit passbook copy and written application. You dint mention where to submit? Cause in documents form there is no option to choose additional documents. They also mentioned father’s name differs as rejection reason.. However all documents have similar name written
Same with me. My Father's name in old and new organisation are exactly same, still it EPFO says Father's name differs. Somehow, my Bank account has only father's initial letter is present. Maybe, that could be a possible reason. In case of a TRANSFER claims, where should I upload the updated cheque where father's name is updated?
I opened a grievance redressal for this and in the meantime applied again for PF final settlement only... Which got approved this time. So maybe it'll work for you guys as well. Try again.

My Pension claim was rejected twice with the same reason. 1) MEMBER JOINED @40 YEARS PLEASE SUBMIT ANY PREVIOUS SERIVE DETAILS OR NON EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE 2) NOT ELIGIBLE-INSUFFICIENT SERVICE. I think as you mentioned in VDO, the second reason is lethargy. I joined my last Org at age of 40. I am EPFO member and deductions regularly were done. I am now retired. There were previous 5 Orgs that I worked for. But they either did not have Pension benefits or we had a Private Trust. The details are not on my current EPFO account. Online there is no provision to comment or upload additional docs. I had therefore raised a Grievance and also sent a mail to the SRO whose id is mentioned on the Grievance. But still the claim got rejected second time. What is the course I need to take. Can this be resolved online or I need to visit EPFO office? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated

My manpower Supplier company stopped making bills from July 2021 as company not paying payments to us from Feb-2021 and now that company is bankrupt eventhough I received a message from epfo to pay pf contributions of 12 months(July-21 to June-22) within 15 days otherwise legal actions should be taken under section 406 or 409 of IPC. I am 60 year old & I submitted Form 10-D online for EPS pension (deferred ) but the claim has been rejected stating " Claim Rejected KINDLY SUBMIT NON EMPLOYEMENT CERT. PHYSICALLY AS MEMBER JOINED THE ORG.AFTER 30 YRS AGE,THEN APPLY" which is not clear to me. Please advise how to proceed further.

Currently I am working in 4th company and I want to transfer EPF/EPS from 2nd to current/4th company.
But my PF transfer is getting rejected from 2nd company to my current (4th company) with below reason coming
1) YOU ARE ADVISED TO GET TRANSFER YOUR PREVIOUS EPS SERVICE OF XXXXX/XXXXX/X/XXXXXX 2) CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED
After that I requested for 1st to 4th transfer through online (Status : Accepted by Field Office)
Then I again requested to transfer from 2nd to 4th company but that is rejected again with same reason.
Please note that 1st company comes under Exempted status.
Please advice?

My claim has been rejected because of following reason "Claim Rejected ALREADY DATE OF EXIT MENTION IN PF 13/12/2022". I have left one company on this date & joined other company.
Under my UAN account there were multiple members Id . so I have transferred all the PF amount to the last employer the employee and employer share has been transferred but I can see that my pension amount is reflecting under the individual PF members account. When I am claiming for form 10c. It is rejecting stating that the latest employee doesn't have any pension contribution.pension contribution a reflecting under the previous employers ID. But when I am trying to fill form 10c it is giving me the option to select the member id of the latest employer not the old a which has the pension contribution. What to do.

Hello Sir, mere sath ye hua ki, my joining was on 20th Sep 2018 so that day I went to office but due to some reason, I decided not to join the company. I wrote a mail I informed over the call on the same day and wrote a mail next day stating that , I will not be joining your organization. and joined some other company (Y). The company X, by mistake they kept my employment active till 24th Dec 2018. And also created member ID in EPFO. Since I joined Y company on 21st SEP 2018, So now I am facing service overlapped issue because the mistake of company X. Now they are putting the ball in the court of this that team internally. My issue is still the same. What should I do to either remove their detail from EPFO or to make my DOE as 20th 2018 ?

My manpower Supplier company stopped making bills from July 2021 as company not paying payments to us from Feb-2021 and now that company is bankrupt eventhough I received a message from epfo to pay pf contributions of 12 months(July-21 to June-22) within 15 days otherwise legal actions should be taken under section 406 or 409 of IPC.
Is there any process to show that we are not even making bills (Showing Nil) with that contracted company and currently that company was insolvent and we have not received any payments from Feb-21 eventhough my company paid pf, esic upto bill month June-21.
