I will be adding items to my store all the time and all proceeds go right back into the channel! Finally figured out brazing and made a new front stinger bumper for the amigo.
That came out really nice thanks for the video
I think it's perfect. Some black rattle can and done.
That is exactly what I need on my truck. The bulky iron cross style one if have hangs up on everything. Just would like a winch spot on my stinger when I build it
Good work,I need one and the truck
Wow .. !! Excellent job. It looks great..!
Turned out awesome, thanks for sharing I'll be watching for more Love your videos you do awesome builds
looks really good.. im sure it will look 10 times better when it painted.
thanks for the video as I too am looking to getting into this as well this coming summer
I may go with a wire feed welder tho but still give me the encouragement I need to take on a job like this
+paul taylor Personally Id like to weld over braze but honestly this was super easy to get the hang of. Its all about having the proper equipment. I have arc welded and mig welded before and for the size of material brazing s the easiest and cheapest way to get it done.
You should check out radical posture he has a good video on how to breathe and relax your arms sounds like it’s key when it comes to Braizing or welding. I dig your videos to.
brazing like a boss!!! nice work Josh..
i just picked up a harbor freight 90amp welder, just to have one stand bye. going to try to make some sliders for my f250 scx10
Awesome buddy. Hoping to get to some brazing myself soon. Looks good bud. :)
Its fun once you figure out how easy it really is. Opens up a new world of creativity.
Nice work man. The bumper looks awesome. Been thinking about trying my hand at brazing. I assume it's just a matter of getting use to it. Or getting a feel for it? Thumbs up bud..👍👍
+RcNickster it's really not hard. Like you said it's just getting a feel for it and learning how to set your flame.
Dang Dawg, that stinger looks amazing, especially as it's your first attempt. I'd buy a set of sliders for my ascender bronco off you any time. :)
+Mikey mike lol, only have 1 bumper under my belt so far. Not ready to start production yet, haha.
you can use old coat hangers for braising rod
look good for your first time keep on going
Awesome job man! I knew you could do it!
it dose look really good I like it
nice love the style dude
Where about do you find all these awesome bodies?
I found this one in a Facebook group. eBay usually is a good place to find some as well.
love the vids man
over here in aus
What’s the wheelbase on that amigo body?
242mm
looks good
what kind of rods did you use to braze that? i'm looking into brazing myself a chassis.
Its just 1/4 inch steel rod I picked up at home depot. I also use 1/4 inch steel brake lines for more intricate work. You can get them at any auto parts store behind the counter. Easier to bend and braze faster since they are hollow.
thanks pal, what are the brazing rods you're using too and flux if any?
Bernzomatic WB-5 flux coated bronze rods. I found them through grainger in bulk at a much better price.
sweet thanks
what about a short metal plate & two holes & two screws to hold the light down.
+Ryan Davis That was my plan originally but all i had was aluminum in the right size. I figured out another way though.
+Josh Dutton (RC Everyday) cool man ether way it will look good
Sir. Can you tell me what diameter to make this 🙏🏻
If I remember correctly all the rod is 7/16ths that I use
About 11 mm sir.?
What's the thickness of the rod you used
It is 1/4 inch
hello or you find any of ABS body? thank you in advance

see!! I told you that brazin is easy
also congratulations on the new locked up RC Hardware
+MrTurboShadow It really was easy once I got the right tools. And yes the locked up RC stuff is pretty bad ass. DIdnt know they were based out of texas. I got enough 3mm scale hardware to do an entire rig. Sent you an email the other day btw.
