This video was very useful, I was leaning toward Trello, however now Asano has some cool features you mention also after watching this. As the beginner plans are free on both, I may try one or the other (or maybe try both). I am a solo-entrepreneur who works occasionally with freelancers. Thanks for you help.

I use this when I work on content for websites. That way I can create one row that is ideas, second row is something else and the third is something else. last would be complete/published.
I also add a check list to check that we have all the needed assets for each article / content.
have not tried asana or clickup. Have tried jira and like that a lot, but i guess it is best for software development... maybe...

Hi Deya! I love all the content you produce. I realized you're sharing more of your life management through Notion, did you make the switch to Notion entirely or do you also use another PM tool with your team along with Notion? Would love to get your thoughts on this. Thanks :)
Hiya - I do more personal management with Notion but for project management for remote teams, I always recommend Clickup or Asana to clients. Hope that helps!

Thank you for this video, very helpful! After watching this I feel swayed towards Asana for our current needs but the reason I was originally Team ClickUp was because of their whiteboard & mindmapping features. Does Asana have anything like that?
Asana doesn't have those features to my knowledge! You could integrate something like Miro instead with Asana - asana.com/apps/miro

Two years since the video. is it still what you feel?
Enjoyed using all 3 within the use case we had it in with not-so-complicated projects, so they're all Weekend types for me.......
(Although, how strong or effective a tool really if you have to look at them on a Saturday... ;) )
