I use a clickup. and it doesn't suit me at all. this software is good if you have 1 or 3 projects, but if there are ten of them? you come to work and don't know what to do. why didn't anyone come up with the idea that projects also need to be managed as tasks? The project is also a task, right?
I am working in Monday and I cannot share your view at all - our experience is very different as it is not very performant. Everything has to be set up with many many clicks, everything has to be manually typed in, even when you can import excel data it is more complicated than it needs to be, and cross-functionality is low. It looks nice - but it is not very performant and requires a very high level of manual work and administrative care. Cannot recommend.

Are all of these "commercial" products? What about free, open source, self-hosted options?
I think that they made video about free ones before, check it on their channel

Hello , thx for sharing your experience.
Do you suggest another management software?
You have no clue what a Kanban board is.
Why is Clickup a better value at $7 per user and Trello is not at $5 per user?
Why is projects better. Alive than trello when it’s more expensive
