All of this was great apart from the video filters. Chroma key shouldn't be used surely? As chroma key removes and specific colour from your video. It's for use with green screens so why would it be needed for games? For example, if it's set to green it would remove all the green from the game? Unless I am missing something.

I play at 1080p 60fps for youtube should I be recording at 16mbs bitrate or 30mbs and then downscale it to 16 mbs in an editor before uploading, like is the quality difference worth it
Hi love the video, but there are a things I believe you are ill informed about Setting the preset to Max Quality has no difference in quality than Max performance but causes much more encoding lag because it causes your gpu to encode the frames twice For rate control when recording (not streaming) CQP handles the image quality of moving objects better (games) and the best setting for it is 17-18 (the lower the CQP the higher the quality and 14 CQP is visually lossless but there are diminishing returns after that) Having look ahead while recording is pointless and keyframe interval should be set to 0

dont see audio filter options 13:55 and i have a samson g track pro usb mic, in my GeForce clips i can only hear myself in the left ear, how do i fix? and i have a i9 10900k cpu with a GeForce RTX 3080 but i normally get around 100mbs download and 15-40 upload, do i change my bitrate?
Right click on your mic and add a filter, all you really need is noise gate and suppression.....no idea I’ve never used that mic....try using mono instead of stereo in your audio in obs to see if it fixed that issue....no, you only need a capture card if you plan on streaming off of your PlayStation or Xbox 😎.....for Pc use Display Capture

Hey so I chose H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework) and I don’t have a lot of the same options as you
If no nvenc encoder then that’s your only option

As I mentioned you have to have the right gpu as I covered in the video....yours doesn’t support it so use x264

I mentioned it was there if you need it... maybe you misunderstood me....I use color correction and filters for brightness and exposure etc😎
What should I do if I have an AMD Graphic Card? Because there is always a setting "Preset" and I don't know what I should do there?
Choose very fast for preset....if you don't see and in your gpu encoder use x264

Max performance not max quality....you need all the help you can get with low end settings
If you have an integrated and an nvidia, what setting do you choose for the gpu.
The integrated is set to gpu 0 and the nvidia is gpu 1

My options for encoders are "QuickSync H. 264" and "x264" what one would you recommend?
Try quicksync first if not both will work

Correct....not all GPU's have nvenc.....check list in description

Pick ultrafast....stay away from slow and fast etc.....that’s weird....mine still shows Max bitrate and I just updated it

Not really.....either your bitrate or resolution......use lanczos that's the sharpest one

For 1080 on twitch 16 is enough.....even on RUclips it’s enough but your recording should definitely be higher I would do 30

Start with the lower end settings then work your way up with everything else
