RX 550 requiers stronger Power supply,same for 750ti perhaps the better performance,but price wise and power consuming wise GT1030 should be the choice,but in most games its like -15 fps diffrence,also if you have a strong PSU its better if you get a RX560 then,doesnt cost much more but much more performance.Also GT1030 has dx12 support

That's actually wrong, you WANT to pair it with a high end so that you get the 100% of all the cards, you want to compare them at the full extent of their capabilities

Games till 2015 would run flawlessly upto 75 FPS with some unoptimised exceptions. After the said years your FPS would get lower and lower and today with recent games it got to the point where you Get 10-12 FPS constant.
Even tho the GTX 750 ti is 5 years older than the 2 cards it still kicks their asses but in 2024 the RX 550 would be better since it has DX 12. Good video btw

Yo le he conseguido una Rx 550 a mi hermano, y no decepciona para nada, está muy bien, pero si puedes píllate una Rx 560 que en esa si que se nota el cambio en los fps
La 750ti tiene un poco más de potencia en bruto, la rx550 mayor soporte de dx12 (aunque el soporte es relativo ya que es una placa gama baja y no podés usar ciertos efectos porque iría lenta) ojo la Rx de 2gb porque hay algunos modelos de 64bits. Como procesador si no queres gastar mucho iría por un i3 10100f (sin video). Si tenés más plata iría por una gf 1050 o una Rx 560. No gastaría mucho más en micro si lo que pensás es jugar..

@@imossumboi1870 Yes the GT 1030 will easily run on a 240W psu,but the performance you might get will be really poor even at 720p low you won't get 30fps all of the time. If you want to play GTA 5, Valorant, CSGO etc games that doesn't need a good gpu to run then go for the GT 1030.

The 750 Ti may be faster but it's pretty obsolete. For my budget build, I am better off with the 550. It's affordable, superior in terms of VRAM (useful if you are an arrogant broke gamer like me who wants to play RDR2 on low settings and ultra textures to avoid compromising quality of the graphics) and the 750 Ti can't run the newest Warzone because again, it's obsolete.

1030 should not be an option, talking about experience with the card, i couldn't get a decent one (i built my pc during the crypto boom) and the 1030 was and still is quite overpriced for a glorified display adapter, a used 1050 might be the same price or cheaper and bring actual results lol my old 1030, gddr5, on resi village, inside the castle i'd get fps results south of 10 fps

The 750ti is a great card. BUT doesn't support DX12 or Vaulkin niether does the 1030 and the RX550 does. Plus a decent OC on the RX550 will gain you a few more fps. On the other hand the 750ti is pretty much the best card that has Win XP drivers for those retro builds.

Great test. This is what I was looking for. Real setup, not pairing high end CPU with low end GPU.
But pairing it with a much more faster cpu, eliminates gpu bottleneck so you can see the card's full potential.

vete por una gtx 970 y listo y de procesador un ryzen 5 1600 minimo
Pillate un procesador intel i3 10105 con grafica integrada y despues una rx 550 o 560 que son buenas,
los 2gb extras van a ser muy utiles aunque rindan parecido las graficas.

A estas alturas me compraria la RX 550, de ser posible la de 4GB vram, sino la GTX 750ti antes que la GT 1030 2GB GDDR5; pero si puedes y el precio no te fuera tan alto, mirate graficas mas como las RX 460/GTX 950/R7 270/R7 370/R9 270/HD 7870 Ghz, como la RX 560/GTX 1050/HD 7950 y mas aun como las GTX 1050ti/R9 280/R9 380/GTX 770.; sobre todo modelos con al menos 3-4GB de vram.
Si cres que algun dia pudieras cambiar el i5 2400 por un i7 2600 y mejor aun, por un i7 3770, entonces piensa en GPUs mas potentes tipo GTX 1650/RX 470, RX 570/GTX 1060 3GB/GTX 970, RX 580/GTX 1060 6GB/GTX 1650 Super...si puedes, en las RX 590/GTX 1660 y como mucho en las GTX 1660Ti/GTX 1660 Super/GTX 1070 y similares. Modelos con 4GB de Vram, pero si se puede con 6-8GB.
Pra esse i5 2400, você pode colocar até uma GTX 1070 (no máximo)

The 750 Ti may be faster but it's pretty obsolete. For my budget build, I am better off with the 550. It's affordable, superior in terms of VRAM (useful if you are an arrogant broke gamer like me who wants to play RDR2 on low settings and ultra textures to avoid compromising quality of the graphics) and the 750 Ti can't run the newest Warzone because again, it's obsolete.

1030 should not be an option, talking about experience with the card, i couldn't get a decent one (i built my pc during the crypto boom) and the 1030 was and still is quite overpriced for a glorified display adapter, a used 1050 might be the same price or cheaper and bring actual results lol
my old 1030, gddr5, on resi village, inside the castle i'd get fps results south of 10 fps

The 750ti is a great card. BUT doesn't support DX12 or Vaulkin niether does the 1030 and the RX550 does. Plus a decent OC on the RX550 will gain you a few more fps. On the other hand the 750ti is pretty much the best card that has Win XP drivers for those retro builds.
