  • JUULing and other forms of vaping have become extremely popular among teenagers. JUULs are tiny and look more like computer thumb drives than cigarettes, which makes them hard for teachers to detect. Also, they come in different flavors and don’t emit much vapor.
    These devices contain a lot of nicotine and can disrupt a classroom, and students’ learning, in serious ways.
    Education Week’s Kavitha Cardoza has some tips on how educators can recognize JUULing and what they can do about it.
