The last restaurant I worked at had like 3 high schoolers working in the kitchen and they all vaped, but never touched a cigarette in their life. They literally said they did it “because everyone was” and I just sighed. 🤦🏻♂️

Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. Yes the woman saying the flavours appeals to young people is absolutely correct. You aren't gonna see a 38 year old walking down the street with a unicorn milkshake flavoured one, nor a blueberry one. The lights and bright colours definitely attract CHILDREN. I see 10 year olds with them

As an ex smoker, I feel much better with products like Juul other then smoking cigs. While it would be best not to "smoke" anything, I like the nic hit. While smoking is bad, there are benefits of nicotine. At this point I see it as a stim like coffee. I discrete vape, I don't shoot for clouds. While I used to suffer headaches from coffee withdraw, I don't get the same from long periods of not vaping. Just my imo.

When you get your first buzz
The biggest issue is almost ALL of them are puffing SLOWLY which causes the Juul coil to make a BURNT vapor. If they were told to puff more aggressively the vapor would be COOLER and SMOOTHER. The coil is made to work within a specific range of AIR FLOW.
Exactly my thoughts, I hate when people just boiling theirs coils and then saying it's awful. Like.. do it correctly first?

Don't smoke. I started when I was 21 and had a heart attack at 37. Came within minutes of not being here any more. I had the widow maker, but I survived and have been smoke free since that day. Next October it will be 10 years smoke free and 10 years since my heart attack. Take care of yourself, you only get one body!
Ben Dougherty never smoked cigarettes before (I’ve done Hookah in Mediterranean restaurants, but I do it rarely) but I do partake in alcohol maybe 2-3 times a month. Thanks for sharing your story. Glad you are okay!
