I've seen the first calender technique in your previous videos and I tried...it is life changing scheduling almost everything is very beneficial it helped in my ability of decision making and helped staying active and focus .

One thing ive found makes the time to find the correct answer to any question faster is to ask yourself hiw do i know im right to anything you come up with and verifying how right u are and fix what is not
