Have an 09 mariner.. loud clunking/clicking noise coming from the center of the steering while driving and making a turn. What would it be? Replaced stem joint, rack n pinion, cv shafts, torque sensor And still can't trouble shoot it.
i found my battery was in need of charge or replacement on a escape when steering went from power to standard fixed the problem there was no message on dash also my buick had the abs and other lights on dash turned out to be rear wheel bearing
Yes. After replace the tie rods. You. Need to to do alignment. So you angle sensor. Or steering wheel sensor. Is set at 0 degrees with the steering wheel straight.

What size snap ring pliers did you use.
I got the set from harbor freight. And dont show the size. For it.

I replace the sensor with new and still have the same problem

Have you tried another battery. ?
