DR1:
Sayaka: Sayaka is forced to sing, she must do well or she loses. A bar is next to her to show how she is doing, if the bar is filled up she is doing good, if it is low she will fail. She reaches the bar limit, eventually monokuma comes in a break the bar with a hammer. Her audience becomes disapointed and throws knifes, she gets hurt but them her audience leaves. Monokuma comes her and slices her with a knife with all her body parts on the ground.
Chihiro: Chihiro is playing a mario liked game (well it is mario but different), if he loses 3 times he will be electrucuted by a shocker around his waist. Their are unnoticable traps and a wall chasing him. Chihiro eventually loses and dyes by the shocks.
Kiyotaka: dont know
Hifumi: dont know
Sakura: dont know (again)
Yasuhiro: Yasuhiro is playing a question game, but with doors. Each door he goes through his body either gets bigger or smaller, BUT a giant mouth with sharp teeth is chasing him. He eventually gets too big for a door and gets eaten by the mouth.
Aoi: Aoi goes in a pool with sharks, i think she is also bleeding (since sharks tracks blood), she spins around so she doesnt get caught by one of the sharks, BUT she eventually gets tired and gets eaten by a shark.
Toko: dont know
Byakuya: Byakuya is in a trash can and dropped in a hell looking place. He gets out the trash can but monokumas are around him (in a line). They throw rocks at him and he gets bruises everywhere. He finds shelter that is in a very cold place, he stays there for a while but eventually dies from hypotherimia.
Makoto: Makoto is put in a wooden box, but knifes are stabbed inside. I dont know if he lives or dies-
DR2:
Akane: dont know
Twogami: m o n o k u m a w a s t h e i m p o s t e r
Chiaki: Chiaki is playing a board game, she also has a dice. each dice she rolls she moves that many spots, one of the spots were stabbed by a giant spike, she lands on that and eventually dies (I think)
Fuyuhiko: I forgot how this one goes but i'll try to remember it: Fuyuhiko is up againest a gang and loses againest them, he dies with a smile
Gundam: dont know (i forgot ;-;)
Hajime: Hajime is like those scratch off. monocoins scratch him off and he is no more or he just dusted away :v-
Hiyoko: I dont know
Ibuki: Kinda like sayakas but i forgot- Ibuki is forced to play on her electric guitar, each note she miss she gets hit by a spike. first spike ibuki loses her horn, second spike she gets stabbed in the arm. Ibuki loses focus and fails, with all the spikes stabbing her she dies.
Kazuichi: Idk for this picture but there is another one i think so i'll explain that one: Kazuichi is in a train with monokuma leading it, the train leads to a dead end with a cliff ending it off, eventually the train falls and dies
Mahiru: Mahiru is in a forest (or a desert) with a camrea infront her, the pictures she takes the more dangerous it gets, it also shows her death everytime, like how she dies, idk how she dies but by the picture it looks like she dies from a spirit.
Mikan: Idk
Nagito: Nagito is in a pit of fire, he has to cross the fire by a rope, if he makes he needs to continue to the others but a rope is tied around his neck. so if he falls he'll basically hang over the fire, he gives up and hangs himself (i think thats how it goes)
Sonia: Basically the 7 dwarfs but when the apple part came she is suppose to eat it, but once she eats it no one helps and chokes. (basically 7 dwarfs bad ending)
DRv3:
Shuichi: Shuichi hands are tied and his body tied to a chair, his classmates are shadowy in a way with a big smile. They shadowy figures are fake and not the real classmates. The shadowy figures insult him and make fun of him, he gets nervous and stuff. They taunt him for so long where they start throwing knifes at him. The knifes stops after he dies after all his scars.
Himiko: Himiko is in a glass box, the box is tied with chain and she has cuffs on. In the water box the water fills up. There are no tricks to get out so she eventually drowns and dies.
Tenko (TW S3XU4L H4RR4$M3NT, please scroll down if you are uncomfortable with this topic): Tenko is tied to the ground with men touching her she gets tickled, she eventually dies from this stuff (i tried to make it not very s3xu4l since their are victims of this and myself hates that topic, im really glad they didnt use this)
K1B0/Kiibo: Kiibo is put in a trash can with also his favorite stuff, he dies of the spikes that close on him (i think)
Angie: Kinda like kaede but with painting, she is used like a paint brush and dies like kaede. (i think)
Kokichi (my favorite): Kokichi is put on a chair with a lie detector, everytime he lies he gets shocked/electrucuted, kokichi tries to keep smiling but dies from the last lie he said.
Miu: idk
Ryoma: Basically Leons, he is tied and died from the tennis balls that are threw at him.
Maki: idk
Rantaro: idk

To clarify on the unused THH ones you didn't know:
Taka=Sworn in as prime minister of Japan in a lavish parade as he waves to crowds of people cheering for him. Suddenly, Monokuma arrives dressed as Golgo 13 and assassinates him with a gun.
Hifumi=Caught in a battle between Monokuma and Princess Piggles. Hifumi takes hits from both sides before being incinerated to death when they both fire a "Certain Death Beam" at him.
Sakura=Has to battle a bunch of alien invaders and as the Ultimate Martial Artist, she does a surprisingly good job...but they just keep coming and coming and coming until eventually she's buried and crushed to death by them.
Toko=Dropped in a dark empty room. Suddenly, Byakuya appears in the distance and Toko rushes towards him, hoping for a kiss. Suddenly, a steamroller appears and chases after her, eventually flattening her into a paper-like consistency.
(Toko's is my favorite because of how they incorporated Byakuya into it)

Tenko’s execution terrifies me more than Der Flohwalzer, Strand of Agony and Wild West Insecticide combined. I love Tenko so much and even if her sexism goes to far sometimes, she doesn’t deserve this type of execution!

When you consider Mikan's blood type A and that her victims have different blood types containing at least the B antigen. The blood incompatibility would cause blood clots in Mikan's veins and yeah that would cause intense pain across her entire body. Not a pleasant experience.
I think it would also be good because it would actually give clinical weight to the blood types on the report cards and not just personality traits.
Reminder: Danganronpa trigger happy havoc unused executions are the only ones that are official, the unused executions from Danganronpa 2 and v3 are fanmade.

For the Hiyoko one: (btw this is based off a really bad memory-)
Hiyoko is put in a black room. Some she does triggers a trapdoor which brings her to a stage. She opens her eyes to see that she is on a puppet string (like a puppet show doll thingy-) with a monokuma holding the wood part. Another monokuma with long black hair and a black kimono comes and challenges her to a traditional dance off. (Or just a dance off I forgot-) Monokuma is still controlling her so she dancing well..badly along with her shoes turning to hot irons making her feet burn and turn sore. And a crowd of monokumas from the stage begins to throw stones and dart like pins. Hiyoko cries and cries, but then a blade takes form from one off the strings on her elbow. Cutting her elbow off. The “dancing” continues till most of her limbs are cut off. Hiyoko face is full of so tears as the last blade cuts beheads her. A deathly dance.

About mahiru’s execution:
I’m pretty sure she was in a room where she had to take pictures. She looked at the first picture, a shadow/spirit/figure was standing in the distance but she can’t turn around. She keep taking pictures and looking at them seeing move closer and closer to her. Eventually she looks at the last photo and it’s her being strangled by it, then she gets strangled by it.
Another version I saw:
She is flipping through a photo book seeing the pictures and again, each time she flips the page to look at a picture the figure gets closer. Eventually she turns the last page and sees herself being choked/dead (I forgot which one) and then yknow- she dies-
Why I think it’s super cool/freaky:
She keeps flipping them pages/ taking pictures and is seeing a few moments in the future, by the time she sees her death it’s to late to stop. Meaning she got to see her own demise before it happened, even more despair enduring.
I hope I got it kinda correct and a reminder that apparently none of the Sdr2 unused executions are canon by creators but most are extremely cool and I wish we got to see more of mahiru along with her execution as she was a good character.

It's got another Shuichi's unused execution. He is investigating murders and open doors. There are a lot of mannequins in the last room and they are all looking at him. A silhouette is drawn on the floor, but there is no body. When the time is up, the door is open but the mannequins grab Shuichi and drag him back into the room. There is blood under the door.
(Sorry if I got any mistakes, English isn't my first language)
Correction: In the last room all the mannequins are facing away from Shuichi.
Or this is probably wrong cause I haven't heard from that execution for a while

Only Sayakas was official, she was placed on a stage in between a giant inactivated bear trap and forced to fill up a bar by singing. She gets so close and then boom. Bar sent to zero causing death to happen because Monokuma breaks the bar with a wooden mallet. The bear trap kills Sayaka.

Recalling all the unused executions to a fairly high standard (or what I can remember):
DR1:
Sayaka Maizono: Sayaka Maizono's Final Performance: Sayakais on stage, performing to her peer and audience, and has a kind of score/sing meter to see how well she does. She has a bear trap underneath her, which will snap on her if triggered by the lowest score on her sing meter being hit. Sayaka does extremely well, hitting the top of the meter, before Monokuma breaks the meter with a hammer, and the bear trap snaps on her.
Chihiro Fujisaki: "Super Fujisaki Bros": Chihiro is put into a Super Mario-style platformer game in which he has to escape minions shaped like Monokuma. He runs away from them for a while, but they eventually watch up to him, causing his sprite to pop out of existence, along with Chihiro himself.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru: "Prime Minister Kiyotaka Ishimaru's Inaugural Parade": Taka is strapped to the top of a vehicle, where is arm is pinned to the back of a moving contraption that makes it wave. The car is driving slowly down the street, where Taka is "waving" his subjects. Soon, Monokuma, dressed up as a fictional assassin shoots Taka with a sniper in the heart. He dies, and the car drives on with Taka's arm still waving.
Hifumi Yamada: "Watch Out, Booko! Great Monster Invasion: Hifumi is placed between a giant Pretty Princess Piggles and A giant Monokuma, in which they both start fighting each other. Hifumi is trapped in the middle, of course, and is hit by almost all of their attacks. After some "intense" battling, both Monokuma and PPP fire off beams of light at each other, which kills the Ultimate Fanfic Creator.
Sakura Ogami: "Deciding Match of the Whole Galaxy": Sakura is in the middle of a field, in which a bunch of aliens and space commanders begin to attack her. She fights them off successfully, but they keep coming. Eventually, the field becomes too cramped and she collapses under the aliens.
Yasuhiro Hagakure: "Quiz Time! I Heard There's a Chance of 30%!": Hiro is put into a room with three doors, with the set-up being a kind of game show. The doors are labeled A, B, and C. When Hiro attempts to enter the first door, it grows hands and feet and run away. He tries the second one, but it does the same thing, unwilling, he goes to open the final door. This one grows a mouth instead, and eats him.
Aoi Asahina: "Water Illusion Show": Our favourite donut-loving girl is thrown into a water tank with sharks in it, while Monokuma, dressed as a magician appears. He waves his magic wand, and a curtain goes in front of the water tank. Once lifted, Aoi is gone, and the sharks swim away.

I have my own fan made executions too:
Ibuki Mioda: Ibuki is strapped down into a chair on a stage, around her are some giant speakers and subwoofers, while Monokuma is the rock guitarist playing to the audience. Monokuma plays a note, with just one pluck of his guitar, the speakers around Ibuki blasts the note with a very loud and bombarding sound, almost defeaning her. Suddenly, Monokuma just keeps on playing the Rock Guitar, totally playing a performance for the Monokuma audience, whilst Ibuki is being tortured with loud music in the center of the loud speakers. It's just keeps on going, Monokuma doesn't stop playing, and Ibuki gets tortured. Almost killing Ibuki, Monokuma stops his guitar playing and the whole stage suddenly rise up to the sky. Monokuma points at Ibuki, and the floor under Ibuki's seat suddenly springs out, throwing Ibuki out of the high stage. Ibuki is about to perform a stage dive, from up in the sky. She falls and falls, about to land, and the Monokuma audience raising their hands up to catch her. Everything slows down, and while Ibuki is about to be caught by the Monokuma's from her fall, the audience suddenly steps away from where she is about to fall. Ibuki dies from impact.
Akane Owari: Akane is standing on a conveyor belt, on her sides are walls, forcing her to only move forward, and behind her is an incenerator bursting out with flames, Akane is confused and doesn't know what to do, suddenly the belt operates and moves Akane closer to the incenerator. Several hurdles appear in front of Akane as the belt rotates, and she jumps through it, running away from the incenerator, the belt speeds up, and more hurdles come out before Akane can even gasp for air. Akane jumps over the hurdles as quick as she can, tiring her out, she runs and jumps quickly as her life depended on it. The treadmill speeds up to its max speed, and she runs with all her strength to get over the hurdles. She's finally at a far away distance from the incenerator and thinking she'd beat the execution, a giant wall arise on the end of the conveyor belt instead of hurdles. The wall is big enough and tall enough for her to not be able to parkour over. Akane panics while being forced by the wall to retreat nearer and nearer to the incenerator. She can't think of any where else to go, she can't escape. Going nearer and nearer to the incenerator, Akane cries and backs off and leans to the wall. With no where else to escape, she is brought inside of the incenerator, and is burned alive.

What I think the executions would be:

Sayaka: She is forced to sing in front of a crowd of monokuma, the performance starts out nicely, but the monokumas start to dislike her music, and throw stones and knives at her. She is slowly sliced and pummeled by rocks to death.
Junko: her original one
Leon: his original one
Chihiro: Chihiro is forced to play a game of Mario Kart, he starts out nice and in 1st place, but people start constantly using blue shells on him, causing him to get into last place. The monokuma gets angry at him for being in last place and monokuma stabs him
Mondo: his original one
Kiyotaka: He is placed in front of a school and is pushed in. In the school, two monokuma bullies are there waiting for him. The bullies grab him and slowly slam his head into the wall. This takes a long time making him miss class, which fills him with despair, he eventually dies because his head cracks open
Hifumi: His execution starts as him drawing and sending the drawings to other people over email. He is drawing poorly because of his stress of the execution. The people he sent the drawings to send angry emails back, and then he hears commotion outside of the room he is in. The angry clients are monokumas and they torture him to death.
Celestia: her original one
Sakura: bro she wouldn't kill anybody except herself
Yasuhiro: He is sat down and is forced to tell monokumas fortunes. He guesses a fortune wrong and a giant crystal ball breaks into the tent and he runs. It crushes the monokumas and Yasuhiro is still running. he slams into a wall and the ball crushes him.
Some of these aren’t correct unfortunately but your guesses are pretty nice
Forgot to mention, Makoto's isn't official either--it's not mentioned in THH's artbook like the other unused ones for THH, so we can assume it was never canon.

Hey, for Toko’s execution picture in this video, is it still her unused execution called “First Kiss Prank?” The picture doesn’t look like it’s from that execution so I was just wondering if there’s another unused execution for her.
What was shown is an image of her past. First Kiss Prank had Toko tricked into attempting to kiss a fake Byakuya and then getting squished by a roller.
