Yamaiko: Investigates abandoned buildings to find potential survivors
Raimu: Rants about despair and promotes hope
Somikia: Pitches her circus tent and performs to uphold hope
Meximi: Attacks remnants with her cartoon physics
Willow: Leads a swarm of crocodiles to shread despair stuff
*EXTRAS*
Zevi was found and killed by Maki
Selena was killed by Teruteru
Sereiya was found by the warriors of hope and got annihilated
Eclipse and her sisters have a reason to fight their specific targets from all the way back to their frost encounter. Their targets gave them harsh injuries and Luna’s store was ruined. As for Sunna and Eclipse, they had to bear their good friends dying from them. All three now look to give their attackers the same pain they felt.
Everyone mentioned isn’t sided with hope, but not with despair, either. They just hang on the edge in a state of insanity to some degree.
Queebi and Heather stayed in their theatre and preform for fun, even when nobody is there
Magica’s fate is unknown, but it’s suspected Himiko got rid of her
Somikia’s favourite circus act is duelling remnants on a tight rope with huge sticks
Willow was raised by crocodiles and can understand their “language”
Queebi and Heather are very overprotective of each other. After all, they’re the last of their siblings after 3 got wiped out
Evela’s way of spooking folk range from simple jumpscares to giving terrifying visions. She loves to mess around
All of them do a recreation of those epic “This is Halloween” memes and sends them to the remnants for fun. Eclipse is usually Jack Skeleton

To be honest, the THH cast looks more like Remnants of Despair than the GD cast, because, let's see, they have a Gang Biker Leader, a Moral Compass with a corrupt grandfather, a casino gambler, a computational genius, an Affluent Progeny, leader of a multi-million dollar company, a muscular girl capable of breaking your head with her fingers, THOSE are skills that would have been useful to Junko if she had thought better of it because, come on, a cook, a photographer, a dancer, a musican, a nurse, a delicate princess, those do not seem to be very useful skills if Junko wanted so much that the world fell into despair, although it worked but still, the THH cast would fit a LOT better being the Remnants of Despair based on skills

Sonia is NOT a delicate princess in the slightest, she is in line to control an entire kingdom for god's sake, a militant kingdom at that.
A princess could definitely be useful though. That political power Sonia has is off the charts. A nurse and cook can also cause damage, whether it’s through corrupted medical procedures or culinary practices. Fuyuhiko, Peko, Akane, Nekomaru, and Gundham are also pretty useful in combat. Kazuichi can make make machines use to overwhelm the populace.
As for Ultimate Imposter, Hiyoko, Mahiru, maybe Nagito, and Ibuki… They’re pretty useless, sorry.
