idk what animation rig is used for those first Bloodletters but it is EXACTLY the vicious personality they’re supposed to have, as Khorne daemons out for blood. The stock CA models swinging with 2 hands aren’t even vicious with their swings, they look like they’re chopping veggies
I really should get back into Warhammer 3 at some point cause I did my research and while most of the factions are DLC locked I really just need one of the games to get the DLC even if I’m missing out on some factions from the prior games, but the modding scene here is really good in terms of quality, and like all the lore through out the total war: Warhammer games make me think of these what if scenarios where it’s like what if there were chaos daemons that weren’t so chaotic and thus were exiled or being hunted down and thus in order to better service the exiles create their own faction, its thing like that that make me want to make my own mods with this stories of these what if scenarios
damn how do they custom units like that? do they pick a unit from the folder and start editing them? because man, the looks on those units looks like something CA would do
i think the big cannon ice bear at the end would have benefitted from having the palace hovering over it instead of it wiggling all over the place on the bear's back
I'm trying to figure that now 😅. I have record everything remaining no matter what before Thursday since mods will break for awhile. It's either this Friday or next Monday.
No just might be delayed on the original time frame. Most likely skaven ogre kingdoms Monday 16th, Dwarfs Monday 23rd, Grand cathay 27th Friday, final December 30th.
@@dassbear So, basically, both of my ideas involve less talk and combat. Idea 1 is an entire cinematic battle between Dwarfs & Grand Cathay using ONLY units from this mod specifically, as I want to see which race was better in this mod, as those 2 got the most units in this mod alone. As for Idea 2, I want to see what all of the GHS units do up against Ogres ONLY, such as cavalry, monsters, and even infantry. So, for idea 2, I want to see a video where all of the units in the Great Harmony Sentinel mod go head-to-head against Ogre Kingdoms units, and prove which ones do more impact on the Ogres. Consider this to be my experiment testing video idea. Which idea do you love more?
Even though this is one of the probably the most creative & expansive mods out there to the point I can see pools worth of blood/sweat/tears looking at a lot of these units, I also have a lot of mixed feelings about this mod. For example I do really like units like the 40k-esque Chaos themed Imperial Knight looking monsters to the point that I wonder if there's a Empire equivalent in the mod, I also really like the three well designed Lizardmen Templeships, I like the new Tomb King Elephant & Construct units apart from the dragon it just looks weird to me, I like little things like Exalted Bloodletters, Kislev's various new infantries, but then there's truly awful looking units like the 3rd Lizardmen Templeship with the hand thing going on shown in the last video, TK Locust didn't look that good even though they are thematic. Not a fan of the new fire/nature elemental bears, but the lightning ice one is a BEAST & screams absolute power to me, now I like the idea of a elemental bear with a mini-palace on top with a cannon coming out of it, I wish it looked more like the palace was sitting/built on the back of it rather than being on some kind of platform that isn't part of the bear, I wish they took the absolute BEAST of a design the lightning elemental bear is & made that the basis of which the mini palace with a cannon sticking out of it would sit upon, absolute metal that would be. I'm just hoping the mod has MCT options to turn off or disable certain units that are obviously super scuffed, or don't fit certain people's preferences, have awkward animations, or really bad clipping problems like that TK construct with the Cathay Sentinel animations.
i already know most of these units but i havent played in a bit so idk if its compatable with some of the mods i have as i mainly stopped playing because the game would crash randomly when it used to not to even with the amount i had.
You guys do realize that the game is an ADAPTATION right? As in modders and CA are working on the same source material? CA don't "rip off" mods, they are working off the same tabletop wargame. Not to mention almost all of these units are made up by modders. So there wouldn't be anything to rip off of to begin with. Mods are great and modders are awesome. But guys like you just give them second hand embarrassment you know? You can appreciate the work of modders without using them as a weird cudgel to grind whatever imaginary axe you have for CA and their DLC.
Finally, 40k knights in total war
i love how someone finally looked at the necrofex colossus and thought “oh that’s totally could be a 40k dreadnought”
My brother in the dark gods… THAT is a Chaos Knight!!
Kinda looks more like an imperial knight tbf

"Chopping veggies" 🤣
They use the same animations as the bloodletter lord and hero
As a new WH3 player it amazes me how dang good these mods are, absolutely unreal!
next episode: dawi and chaos dwarf🗿
17:00 I could see Would Elves being able to recruit the green elemental bear
I could see that now that you mention it
4:17 Vorgarath the scarred would be an in lore character who could ride the dragon, I would love to have him as a legendary lord
That would be epic!
Love these mod spotlights. Thank you!
Thank you for enjoying!
Holy shit these mods are so badass

I recently interviewed TrajannV a big Khorne modder if you wanna check it out - ruclips.net/video/oOebXuNlZMc/видео.htmlsi=jj3LM6h9N89h1vvJ
Hey, loving the content, I highly recommend checking out the Sons of Grimnir mod, it’s an older mod, but it adds a lot of good dwarf units.
I will check it out! Next mod spotlight vote poll will be close to January, keep an eye out!
i think the big cannon ice bear at the end would have benefitted from having the palace hovering over it instead of it wiggling all over the place on the bear's back
holy fuck this mod looks amazing
that dragon looks phenomenal
wished it has a variant with no armor and seat
@jldleon8730 i know what you mean, more natural look
When will the Skaven & Ogre Kingdoms video come out?
I'm trying to figure that now 😅. I have record everything remaining no matter what before Thursday since mods will break for awhile. It's either this Friday or next Monday.
@@dassbear So, wait, you’re cancelling the Great Harmony Sentinel mod?
No just might be delayed on the original time frame. Most likely skaven ogre kingdoms Monday 16th, Dwarfs Monday 23rd, Grand cathay 27th Friday, final December 30th.
I have 2 possible ideas for a bonus video in the Great Harmony Sentinel video collection. Do you want to hear them?
Absolutely
@@dassbear So, basically, both of my ideas involve less talk and combat. Idea 1 is an entire cinematic battle between Dwarfs & Grand Cathay using ONLY units from this mod specifically, as I want to see which race was better in this mod, as those 2 got the most units in this mod alone.

@@dassbear Are you there to say your answer? I really want to know.
Idea 1 could be something I could try. Cinematic skills sometimes be lacking could be good practice

I agree completely the mod is really hit and miss with units.
I believe propjoe's mod manager allows you to turn off certain units at the DB level before launching the game?
Genial, para cuando juegue la campaña con kislev
Nice mod ! thx :)
Glad you like it!
@@dassbearWhat are the names of the units and why there’s no 4th and 5th tiers, there’s only the 1st, 2nd. And the 3rd tiers from this video?
The modders don't have the tiers correct and no translation mod that's complete for this (Chinese mod)
i already know most of these units but i havent played in a bit so idk if its compatable with some of the mods i have as i mainly stopped playing because the game would crash randomly when it used to not to even with the amount i had.
You should do a spot light on deer24’s Cathay mod
It's for sure on my list! this was a large project but January i should be back to having weekly polls to vote on mod spotlights
Just posted the first few vol of kingdom
What's the background music?
I'm away from my pc, but the moment I can, I'll look up the exact song and artist
@@dassbear thanks!
@TheVoidOfWhatever Khorne music is Shroud Clown By Dillon Knighton. Kislev music is EPIC FIGHT SONG NO. 1 By Def Lev. I got these off epidemic sound.
@ thanks a bunch!
Does the mod include Bretonnia?
It does not, Dwarf, Grand Cathay, skaven, are the big 3. All elves, Ogres, khorne, lizardmen, and tomb kings have some units.

how come that mod is better than dlc
Creating for passion vs Creating to make money. I imagine they cut content out of dlc because they dont wanna give us to much.
Look mods the DLC will most likely rip off.
