Im planning on moving to Townsend TN, maybe even wears valley, and property only to many outdated homes. Hopefully I can find a good builder with a good reputation, a lot of headaches going this route then you have to deal with the time of the home being built. Might be faster to go through a modular home builder.

A modular would definitely be faster but you’d have to find unrestricted land. A lot restrictions don’t allow them around here.

@@chevyemert5655 I have read that and it's been a challenge as well as some of the homes I really like those companies are not in TN. I may end up having to send a model I like to a nearby builders in the area in hopes they can duplicate it.
