I found this video to be very helpful. I absolutely agree, boots on the ground is best. One thing you mentioned that I didn’t think about was where you said staying in the town you’re interested in as opposed to staying somewhere else and then driving to the town. The family and I are visiting the area again at the end of June. Combining a vacation with scoping areas out. I appreciate the time you invested in the video and the in depth analysis. I also wanted to add that Melody Wagstaff does RUclips videos in your area as well. One question I have is, are there any lenders in the area you recommend for veterans?
Thanks for watching William! I’m glad you found it helpful and if there’s anything I can do to help y’all just give me a shout. I really like Lorie Wilson with foundation mortgage. She’s a local gal and been in the business for a long time.
@@Somee989 I love hearing that! Just give me a call when you're ready to meet up and start the process. Also, good advice on the hotel. That is a more affordable option.
Nothing has been finalized yet but if it does I suspect things will be similar to what they are now. What the news doesn’t tell you is that commissions have been 100% negotiable for years. Sellers have had the ability to pay as low as $1 to a buyers agent. I think most listing agents and sellers see the value in having a buyers agent. For sale buy owners typically offer a buyers agent commission without having to. We will see what happens but real estate without buyer representation sounds like another lawsuit to me. The good that will come from the lawsuit is more transparency. I think that’s a big plus for everyone involved.
Looking to move from chitown to Gatlinburg. But not sure if that's the best retirement area. Flat land and a view is important. How do I reach out to you?
Thanks Chevy, that was great. We will see you soon.

Thank you, great info. and ideas!
Ice video Chevy. I'd be interested in seeing a video of how you'll work with buyers now considering the NAR lawsuit and commission changes. Thanks.
